$CELU I’m saying bullish just because their latest filing provides a date they have to be current in order to not give Helena an additional 2 million shares. So Oct 20 is only 3 weeks away. And last time I said bullish it went up. So fuck it. I still think they should file soon though!

1/3 $CELU | Deep dive into Philip A. Barach’s background and why his presence is a major strategic catalyst for Celularity: > Barach is a Wall Street institutional heavyweight specializing in fixed income, capital restructuring, and asset management: > • Ex-Co-Founder & President at DoubleLine Capital LP ($150B+ AUM) > • Ex-Group Managing Director at TCW Group ($40B+ managed) > • Ex-Principal Fixed Income Officer at CalPERS (one of the largest pension funds in the US) > He is an elite financial architect bringing top-tier governance.

$CELU Just a slow, trickle down demise. Another day, another mess. People are missing out on so many plays on discount today, just to stay trapped in a company that can't afford to put out their 2026 financials. Mind boggling.

$CELU Forward looking: New highly strategic governance team of board members, $40M cenplacel-L stockpile, Potential $300M Muse Cell Manufacturing Contract, Fontaine Vitale Launch, BioCellgraft Launch, Fountain Life Partnership, DefEYE Ocular products, Lifebank & GL partnership and I'm certain there is so much more going on behind the scenes with these new heavyweights on board. GLTA, Looking forward to watching.

$CELU horrific earnings Q1. No wonder they tried to hide it all these months. Q2 will be just as bad clearly since no significant news since then. They went from doing 9mill in revenue to 870k…

$CELU Different company, different pitch, still no clean books. They just took a private convert that starts at $10 million, 10% a year, secured, $1.50 conversion plus warrants. 1st tranche can add a third more shares if it converts. The full facility can about double the O/S count. The “$40 million” is management’s price tag on investigational inventory, not an FDA product. The path is Florida cash pay for joints/wounds/pain, in a market that already defaults to cheaper cord and birth tissue. Fountain Life is a niche clinic, not a distribution network. This could go up as next to nobody thats buying this junk understands the company rot whats actually happening. File the the 10Q's.

$CELU predicting cash flow positive is a joke. That doesn’t mean shit for a pharma company, doesn’t mean they’ll be positive for the year. 4 years ago they also said the same shit and fast forward still under water

$CELU sucks we haven’t taken advantage of the musecell arrangement more. If there is a deal and we were compliant this would have been a much bigger jump. We’re still not compliant and haven’t heard of any date that it might happen. With AI and modern accounting reporting should be much easier. Not harder. Q3 is over in 2 weeks and we haven’t heard about Q1 yet. Ridiculous. The company continues though. Making payroll. Hiring new employees. And making weird deals which may or may not be signed and include quite vague forecasts. Sticking with bearish until we get compliant and hear from our CEO.

$CELU CELU's last full books, year-end 2025, showed a $92M loss, $1 billion accumulated deficit, and a working-capital hole. Since that 10K, 2026 deals such as the NexGel cash, notes, earlier IP monetization, has given them some cash but how much cash today is unknown because Q1 and Q2 10-Qs still are not filed. In August they told the SEC the 10-Qs were late due to liquidity and no accounting staff. Nasdaq has given them notice for filings. They were supossed to give Nasdaq a plan for compliance last week. If approved they will be given til Nov 16 to file their financials. They sold/licensed the biomaterials revenue book to stay alive, and the remaining story is unapproved cell therapy plus a non-binding MuseCell purchase forecast. Survival has been convertibles, warrants, insider loans, and liens. You may like the potential of the company and thats fine. But it's what the company has to do to get there that matters to investors. This is not going to be good for them. I bought Puts

$CELU billionaires are buying warrants at 1.50 and 2$. Your 1.30 is pretty safe. I’m going bullish because we’re 3/4 of the way to compliance. And the last two bullish posts have brought news.

$CELU You're not wrong on the raw numbers—the backward-looking financials are brutal. Total sales dropped to $3.8M (-66% YoY) with product sales down 90% to $866k. But context is everything here: that product revenue drop was largely driven by the NexGel licensing agreement, which moved the degenerative disease product line off CELU’s balance sheet. Realistically, Q2 and Q3 won't look great either while this accounting and operational shift plays out. But that is precisely why the recent top-tier board additions (Barach, Jain, etc.) are crucial. The science and products exist; what CELU lacked was commercial execution. Bringing in heavyweights is all about finding real buyers, securing distribution, and monetizing these assets. Short-term accounting noise during a structured turnaround.

$CELU The financials are headed in the right direction. All the heavy lifting is done. Time to sell stem cells!

$CELU Its clear that Hariri is getting rich famous people on his board. He's looking for money. That's not an exceptional thing what kind of decent in my opinion. Cellularity will have access to ample of funds through these individuals. The next sector after AI will be longevity and this is sitting on the front line.
