Sure, Zamboni has had some companies that have been lackluster at best. But this is different. They literally went throught the entire Golden Power process and got approval. The actual Italian governments reviewed all of this and signed off. They started a Italian based subsidiary to oversee Tekne. And they have a company with hundreds of millions in revenue that has supported this move from the beginning. Additionally, the NYSE just reveiwed all of this as part of the compliance process. You really think that the Itailian government, the NYSE, and Tekne are all involved in some big scam/charade? Nonsense! This deal is going to go through and based on any reasonable multiple for a defense company with actual revenue, the market cap will work its way towards $100 - 150 million. This is a $7 - $10 stock post-deal.

I also bought too high and i certainly do believe the chances of a coercive manipulation is almost guaranteed even though im not big on conspiracy. Hold your positions. The outcome is as close to 100% certain as it gets with stock, its just timing. Dilution isn't quite as bad as it was thought to be but everyone has to play their own cards. Hopefully it closes tomorrow, but it is just about as certain as possible that it WILL happen and shortly. GL.

$BURU the closing isn't targeted for October 15th, the notarial meeting is. Closing shouldn't be long after, could be same day or a few days after, but important to stress that difference. Kinda annoying, additionally they could surprise us like the re-enlistment with closing before the 15th.. you'd hope they'd be more conservative with their prediction after getting it wrong the first time.

$BURU How could it not be obvious at this point that the country of Italy is fully backing this transaction and direction and that Nuburu is going to be the Italian national defense company? If you see that, then none of these counterpoints make any sense. It also makes a $500 million valuation extremely reasonable as the floor.
