$BIOX 6k today acknowledges loss of summary judgment on damages, but forgets to state amount: $100 million+. Once the Jasper lenders have an executable judgment in hand (likely as soon as this week), they can essentially shut BIOX down by garnishing their accounts. Unless there is a mystery angel willing to lend BIOX $108M to post an appellate undertaking (and thus stay execution of the judgment), BK seems inevitable in a matter of days.

$BIOX Jasper lenders have begun enforcement efforts, per a company filing in the lawsuit seeking a stay (though $BIOX still can't find anyone to post an appellate bond). Restraining notices have gone out to various U.S. subs, and the company states in its papers that enforcement will almost certainly "leave Defendants' balance sheet insolvent" and may force them "to seek bankruptcy protection." Money quote: "Seized assets, frozen accounts, and disrupted operations would quickly cause employee departures, contract terminations, loan defaults...[and] trigger the insolvency cascade."

$BIOX UPDATE: The New York court issued a final executable judgment against the company last Friday, for about $110.5 million. No 6k yet. It's up the lender whether they want to start to garnish/levy U.S. accounts (thus tipping the co into BK), or negotiate what I would think would be a *massive* equity dilution.
