$BBOT JPMorgan cuts BridgeBio target, sees buying opportunity on selloff. JPMorgan lowered the firm’s price target on BridgeBio Oncology (BBOT) to $23 from $25 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The firm updated the company’s model following the clinical data on BBO-8520 and its portfolio reprioritization decisions. The corresponding 40% share selloff is overdone and creates a buying opportunity, the analyst tells investors in a research note. At current levels, JPMorgan sees a “disconnect” between BridgeBio shares and the probability-adjusted value of its pipeline. The firm estimates peak sales of $5B in unadjusted revenues if the drug is partnered outside the U.S. even without front-line lung cancer in the 8520 program and without breast cancer in the 10203 program.
