How do you feel about AXGN?

$AXGN Aetna was the last major insurer not covering Avance. Their update now classifies Avance as medically necessary for short‑to‑medium sensory nerve gaps ≤30 mm in the upper extremity. Coverage jumps from 86% → mid‑90% of commercial lives. This materially expands AxoGen’s market. Analysts responded immediately: Truist: reiterated Buy, PT $60 Raymond James: PT $53 H.C. Wainwright: PT $53 Citizens: PT $55

$AXGN when it get's into this mode it always feels like the selling will never end (that's their goal) and then suddenly it does, and it climbs back through the dollars lost. I just don't see how this acquisition makes a bear case. Perhaps it was expensive, but the valuation on a company at that stage, that aligns with your company's strategy is pretty subjective. GLTA. Time to get outside and enjoy some fantastic New England weather.

$AXGN falls about 5% premarket after Axogen agreed to acquire BioCircuit Technologies for $200M in cash, funding the deal through a newly priced $208.7M stock offering at $42.50 per share.

Why analysts like the deal announced by $AXGN today: 1) Adds NerveTape™, the first FDA‑approved sutureless nerve repair device, broading AXGN’s addressable market and reduces reliance on microsurgical skill → expands surgeon base. 2) Expected to be accretive to revenue, EBITDA margin, and EPS in year one. 3) AXGN’s existing sales force and hospital contracting are expected to accelerate adoption. Analyst tone: Strongly positive — this is viewed as a transformational acquisition. Note: This is not financial advice; do your own due diligence.

$AXGN IMO when we see the 10yr start to trend down a bit we'll see a reversal here. Stuck in a pretty nasty downward channel. Fundamentals haven't changed. Quality bio is going to be a great hedge against the AI/tech giants and $$ should keep rotating. Being patient here and adding bits as we go. GL!

$AXGN Aetna just updated their nerve graft policy. Based on the 18K bid in the green I’m guessing AVANCE is now included! Super

$AXGN Something to keep in mind: Axogen should have approximately zero long‑term debt after the offering, even after accounting for the BioCircuit acquisition, because the company already eliminated its prior debt earlier in 2026 and is funding the acquisition entirely with equity proceeds. (Assuming no undisclosed financing arrangements, and no new debt added in the final closing adjustments (which historically are small and netted against cash). Also, Axogen currently has about $113.4 million in cash, restricted cash, and investments as of June 30, 2026. (Axogen has not yet reported Q3 or Q4 2026 results, so $113.4M (June 30, 2026) is the most recent official number). Do your own due diligence. Best to all!

$AXGN AxoGen closed its BioCircuit acquisition Thursday. NerveTape, which the company calls the first FDA-cleared device for sutureless peripheral nerve repair, is expected to add about 6 million of Q4 revenue and 34 million in 2027. That 2027 number sits outside AxoGen's guidance. On the at-least-24% growth guide off 225.2 million in 2025 revenue, 34 million is roughly 12% of the guided 2026 base. One tuck-in, a double-digit share of next year's sales. The Street is split around the close. Truist cut its target to $53 from $60 on Thursday but kept a Buy. Morgan Stanley downgraded to Hold two days earlier. Raymond James raised its target to $53 six days before that. The tape has fallen five straight days, down 13.8%, closing Friday at 37.39. And Friday saw 9,058 call options trade versus a 322 average.

$AXGN The market is a discounting mechanism. Perhaps the results for their prostatectomy nerve repair trial are not going to be positive. Hope that’s not the case.

$AXGN ~10.3× sales, ~74× forward earnings and >300× trailing FCF, while still reporting a GAAP loss. Shares outstanding had risen 9.3% YoY before yesterday’s offer. Yesterday’s offer will add another 9%-10.5%

$AXGN Seems like a very large amount of money to pay for a small company with less than $10 million in annual revenue
