$ATMC I've sent eight emails and have raised complaint with SEC. Its a joke, just like many others are saying.

$ATMC There was never any merger. All fake. They raised the money and stole it. Their directors have a history of fraud. Look at Coyne. Board member hit w SEC fine of 200k and 6 months suspension. That's right- for SPAC fraud. No phone, no office, no company. Just phone merger designed to extend forever and slip away. Go figure, a Chinese insurance company and a fraudulant holding company come together to rip people off. A fkng novel idea. Someone call CNBC and report this hoax. .

$ATMC I hope everyone here has filed their SEC compaint. I certainly have. Yes you can file anonymously if you choose to do so. It takes 10 minutes to file a complaint. The SEC should be inundated with this one. When there is no "complex merger" come December - it will become clear that these guys are in the wind and never had any intent to merge or continue operations after the run up. Let's hit them with some criminal charges. As for civilly, may their grandchildren still be answering our Motions long after these guys drop dead from the stress we caused them. My understanding is the SEC is already familiar with these individuals. That they were permitted to list yet another company is astounding to me. I would also love an investigation into who made the decision to halt on December 9th and why - and also, why it remained halted for weeks until the time to complete the merger expired. I think how we stop these scams is to fight back. Press for criminal charges and sue civilly.
