$ATLX EnergyAlphaCo analysis is very accurate. Unfortunately, we are going to have to wait another 1 to 2 months for news about financing. I’m sure almost everyone is underwater at this point. Obviously I can’t guarantee a brighter future but that’s what I’m personally banking upon. After financing and ramp up to production, we can certainly expect to see at least &12.50.

$ATLX I hate fear mongering scam posts like the one below. If you actually follow the company you know a very substantial portion of the increase in shares has been associated with raising the capital needed to move Neves from exploration/development toward construction and production, rather than simply executive compensation. In 2024, 1.87M went to Mitsui in exchange for $30M of strategic capital. In 2025 Atlas issued 10.95M shares. The ATM alone generated $41.7M of gross proceeds. So roughly 93% of the shares issued during 2025 were associated with capital raises, while about 7.5% were stock-based compensation. Additional paid-in capital rose from roughly $54.6M in 2021 to $223.4M in 2025. That's very different from a company continually issuing shares without materially advancing its primary asset as ATLX has done, and is very common for a pre-revenue mining developer. The really important question now is whether that historical dilution curve is approaching an inflection point.

$ATLX this was at $40 M market cap during BMIX days. It’s now 60M with so much progress and licensing issues resolved.

$ATLX Building a a processing plant at a sandstone mine, takes the silica out of the sandstone for profit. Says it will pay for itself in 2yrs I imagine the plant in Brazil will make the cash flow 🤑 Going to keep adding to my position while im building here in America 🇺🇸

$ATLX says written customer interest from large established companies exceeds its planned production capacity. It says it has written product interest exceeding the ~146,000 tonnes it plans to produce annually! The expansion permit was obtained in June. By September, ATLX reported 71% of direct CAPEX covered by executed contracts or firm agreements. Now, less than a month later, the company is physically preparing the plant modules and assembly sequence with its contractor. Confirmation of the $40M on favorable/non-dilutive terms will be the inflection point.

$ATLX finally back in after a couple years away, going were close to the bottom and only good news moving forward, now it's time for lithium prices to recover.

$ATLX wouldn’t it be great if Atlas showed leadership by clearly articulating their plan. I realise there will be NDAs around some of the details but with Sigma Lithium destroying Brazils reputation as a mining friendly jurisdiction you’d think the leadership at Atlas would put their big boy pants on and update the market!!

$ATLX Regarding the $40 million, I believe Final Investment Decision(FID) and the release of the money (or at least a portion therof), are FULLY dependent on completion of "technical due diligence" by the two Chinese companies involved, meaning dependency on their chosen pace.

$ATLX This stock has a long history of random moon shots, so the odds of it occurring again are somewhat high IMO.

$ATLX If we get a confirmed $40 million non-dilutive prepayment, that would be roughly 54% of the entire current market cap! The market will have been discounting a dilution financing event that didn't occur.

$ATLX Opened a small position with $20,000 worth of this today. Seems undervalued perhaps? Only 1 analyst rating attm.

$ATLX You have to say so much for blah blah pumps. I’m always skeptical of those buying low hanging fruit. And ignore market trend.

$ATLX I set aside a couple thousand dollars and I keep wanting to buy in at these low levels and then I decide to be patient and it falls a few cents more. I really don’t understand who’s selling at these levels? If you’ve been in from the BMIX days then one would think you’d be patient enough to wait another year till they produce. And if you bought after the reverse split, you’d probably be losing money.

$ATLX I have a feeling that the Chinese or Japanese are somehow involved in keeping the SP down a bit. They are gonna be the biggest buyers of the product and if I were them, I'd buy the whole freaking company at the cheapest possible price.

$ATLX Wow... I got Atlas News today. Some images of workers opening sea containers. Like for real. They got these containers nearly 1/2 year ago. So like it's now Christmas in Brazil. Some of the workers were standing around looking into crates and boxes with expressions "like what is this and how did it get in here?" "Did it comes from Mars? "Was Elon involved?" "So nice to have starlink on our side as we hope the workers can share at least on laptop together." I sure wish someone here would start a calender of assembly dates with moveable goal post. I'd bet we are looking at completion by year end 2027... but say hey, dastocktwits won't let that happen because it'll take up all their advertizing space.
