Relax, these 241m shares are unregistered and can’t be immediately sold in the public markets. We’ll know soon what these new investors have planned. Could be a large datacenter in Asia, who knows. Anyway Lazar owns 3.1% and he is not allowed to start selling in to the public markets for 9 months. His original preferred stock financing finalized on July 17, 2026, pushing his public eligibility date to sell all the way to mid-April 2027. In the meantime could see a massive pump. New investors are from Singapore & Malaysia.

$ATER made a small bet, 3k shares, @ .665. Possibly forming a bottom. Hope so 😂😂noticed someone’s bidding 10k shares at .654.

$ATER - I just spoke with a Robinhood Customer Service Agent about the CVR payment. They have acknowledged that the payment is coming, but is not definitive due to the lack of price per share being determined yet by the rights agent “Broadridge” ($.85 - $1.14). Once established we will be updated via the app and or email. I’d imagine that it will be the same with other brokers as long as the minimum 60 days holding period was met.
