$AIRJ so now we’re profitable, and the most advanced atmospheric harvesting tech on earth? Sounds good to me

$AIRJ Well, apparently it did indeed need to fill that gap at $3.77! May we now resume the climb back up to the low $30's.

$AIRJ Yes, it is highly probable that AirJoule Technologies water technology will be used in data centers, backed by active commercialization, strategic partnerships, and live deployment testing.l

$AIRJ buying a company to make it look like you have revenue because commercialization is going to take way longer then you expected is not a good look. Still no update on UL certification and with this purchase of a company expect dilution sooner rather then later. Combine that with the push to slow down AI and it all adds up to this stock being a piece of shit. Don’t tell campo.

Under the terms of the deal, AirJoule Technologies (AIRJ) acquired 100% of BitSink for an upfront payment of $18 million in cash and $9 million worth of shares. $AIRJ need this to start trending on board. Not many traders know this company yet. Immediate revenue from active manufacturing is exactly what this company needed

$AIRJ AirJoule Technologies got its newest bull on Friday: D. Boral Capital initiated coverage at Buy with an 8 target, implying roughly 100% upside from Friday's close near 3.95. One level down, this is a water play on the data center buildout. AirJoule pulls pure water from the air, using waste heat to power the sorption process. The pitch is data centers and advanced manufacturing that need water for cooling. The street cannot agree on the price. UBS set a 10 target in August, HC Wainwright sits at 12 with a Buy, and Weiss rates it sell(d). MarketBeat's consensus is Moderate Buy with an average target of 9.20. Context: three weeks ago AirJoule bought BitSink, 18M in cash plus stock (per TipRanks), to add cooling tech to the stack. The D. Boral initiation lands on the other side of that deal. Market cap near 287M, 52-week range 2.22 to 6.75. Tracking whether coverage builds and when a first commercial deployment shows up.

$AIRJ The portion of data centers' cooling water attributed to just AI processing is less than the water used for one year's worth of golf-course irrigation, vehicle washing, residential swimming pools and restaurant dishwashing, based on estimates derived by government and industry. Producing a single hamburger uses more water than thousands of prompts. Data centers use 228 billion gallon of water per year…residential showers across the US uses 1,700 billion gallons, lawn water 2,700 billion gallons. Perception is everything. Difference being the AI industry is expeditiously working to lower usage…last I looked even the fear mongers arent doing anything to actively lower theirs…they’re still flushing toilets, showering, eating burgers and sucking down Starbucks.

$AIRJ Bottom line: From AIRJ's perspective, I think this was a very logical acquisition. The company didn't just buy revenue—it bought a platform that could make its existing water technology substantially more relevant to the AI data-center boom. The $40M earnout is the key protection for AIRJ shareholders. If BitSink hits those milestones, AIRJ will have issued more shares—but at least it will be doing so because the acquired business is producing the growth that justifies the dilution. The big question now is how much revenue and profit BitSink can generate in 2027–2029. That's what will determine whether this goes from a smart strategic acquisition to a transformational acquisition for AIRJ.

$AIRJ But AIRJ can potentially use BitSink's existing UL-listed manufacturing infrastructure, engineering expertise, quality systems, component selection, panel-building processes, documentation and relationship with the certification body to accelerate certification of the electrical portions of an AirJoule system. And there's evidence this is exactly the sort of capability AIRJ needs. AIRJ said in May that it was still advancing UL certification work for the AirJoule systems. A AirJoule Now, following the acquisition, BitSink says it has a UL 508A/UL 891 listed industrial panel shop and manufactures electrical infrastructure for high-density data centers. B Bitsink That is a potentially valuable combination

$AIRJ I'm not worried about this thing recovering and then setting record highs, as it's still such early days. What I don't quite understand is the trend for 'filling the gaps' before real momentum happens. Who all thinks this is going to hit $3.77 before recovering? (If it does go that low, I'll be averaging up for sure... I'm just curious what everyone else thinks.)

$AIRJ surely he must win pumper of the decade award, the guy doesn’t make money from trading ….

$AIRJ appears that Bitsink owners confident enough to take 2/3rds of sale price in stock, and mostly based on earnouts..thats a sign to me $100s of millions in revenue on the horizon

$AIRJ no revenues. way overvalued even with bitsink. Sub $3 incoming. Checkout bond yields. Global economy. Crash coming
