$AIFC Dec, 31 is the end of the contract for the placement agent they are using to try to find investors to buy their biotech. If the agent doesn't want to lose their commission we should hear about it's sale soon. Otherwise I see AIFC putting their biotech to auction in Jan, selling it cheep probably around $80M or so.

$AIFC I wonder if they will do an extension in December or just do a reverse split so they can do an offering to raise capital .unfortunately, there’s nothing on the horizon that will move this. Token lock ups and or even token burns are a joke. Even selling the biotech wouldnt put a big enough dent in their debt.
