How do you feel about ADCT?

$ADCT Wow, it feels so good to see a stock skyrocketing that you actually own. I still hope for a big bang once the LOTIS-7 results are out, but I don't mind the recent run-up at all. What also caught my eye: In yesterday's financial restructuring news they also mentioned they removed the "change of control" payment in the HCR agreement. Which means they are now making it easier for a 3rd party to acquire them without penalty. Maybe that is what's coming next?

$ADCT The LOTIS-7 readout is expected at ASH 2026, with the abstracts scheduled to be released November 4, 2026. ADC Therapeutics has confirmed that the LOTIS-7 abstract was submitted to ASH and that the full data will be presented at the meeting. Key dates for ADCT / LOTIS-7 * November 4, 2026: ASH abstracts released — this should give us the detailed LOTIS-7 efficacy and safety data. * ASH 2026 meeting: Full presentation of LOTIS-7 data. * 100 patients enrolled: The trial completed enrollment in June 2026. * Previous data: ZYNLONTA + glofitamab produced 89.8% ORR and 77.6% CR in the earlier 49-patient efficacy-evaluable group. 77.6% CR rate in the earlier cohort is the benchmark. If we naintain or are >75% we are off to the races. Keep in mind transplant cost is now approaching an average of 1.2 million per patient!

$ADCT The chances that LOTIS-7 reports superior efficacy figures over LOTIS-5 are extremely high. Early data readouts demonstrate that combining ZYNLONTA (loncastuximab tesirine) with the T-cell engaging bispecific antibody glofitamab (Columvi) yields far stronger overall and complete response rates than pairing ZYNLONTA with standard rituximab alone. While LOTIS-5 met its primary endpoint for progression-free survival (PFS HR 0.73), it faced scrutiny due to treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs) and discontinuation rates in older demographics. LOTIS-7 has shown a manageable safety profile so far, with mostly low-grade CRS and ICANS events. So, I loaded my boat with $ADCT. Let's see if this plays out.

$ADCT what does Bain capital do for a living? They help finance companies then help sell them. Roche is the likely suitor!

$ADCT $ADCT man this is a quiet thread. I’m in for 60k shares today after the recent drawdown. Should hopefully see a strong move into lotus 7 data.

$ADCT and Inovio coming up on huge milestones. Both stocks already took a huge beating last few months.

$ADCT too bad the financial restructuring happened before LOT7, but probably new holders wanted a bite of the upside. But means a lot more dilution and ultimately shares outstanding, but at least a clearer path forward

$ADCT strong given the terrible bio market today. Lotus 7 abstracts out in a month, hopefully see a steady rise until then.

$ADCT ADC Therapeutics announced a three-part capital fix Thursday: an 86.6 million PIPE (12.9 million shares at 1.42, warrants for 48.1 million more at 1.32, closing around Oct 22), a senior-loan paydown leaving 50 million due August 2029 with no liquidity covenant, and a HealthCare Royalty amendment killing the 150 million payment that would have triggered on any takeover. The change-of-control removal is doing the real work. That 150 million was a takeover tax baked into the capital structure. Stripping it while Bain Capital Life Sciences writes a fresh check keeps ADC independent into the November data reads (LOTIS-7 and MZL abstracts, ASH in December) instead of selling into the LOTIS-5 overhang. The context: the FDA flagged benefit-risk concerns on the LOTIS-5 combo trial back in August, and the company cut about 17 percent of staff. Runway now stretches into 2029. Shares up about 10 percent Friday to around 1.75.

$ADCT 3 million shares on 3% move isn't ”huge.” not even close to a liquidation event. gotta wait for clarity and data end of the year. at this price/market cap worth seeing what happens. risk/reward seems appropriate. down to a single asset. maybe a pop on lotis 7. i think managment is fatigued. good or bad lotis 7 i think they sell the company in next 1-2 years for the asset and IP. all depends on what they can get….
