$ADAPY I have previously mentioned multiple times that the lete-cel BLA may already have been filed months ago and it may be in regulatory review, because of from LI, "Led Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) readiness for US and UK clinical sites supporting the lete-cel BLA submission — both sites received No Action Indicated (NAI), the highest possible FDA and MHRA regulatory outcome." The PAI is done at the final stages of regulatory review and they received NAI. The only argument speaking against this is that person is mentioning a 'mock' FDA and MHRA simulation in-house meaning the sites go through an audit of how an FDA and MHRA would really look like. Assuming it has been filed, I was thinking the rise of market cap this week ~4 million could be a reflection of MS payments for lete-cel. In any event, once lete-cel is approved likely in Q1, 2027 or with delays in Q2 an additional 10 million is guaranteed.
