$ACB $CURLF Regardless of what side of the deal you are on you really can’t argue these two bullet points from Boris (especially #2). If I’m a retail shareholder of $ACB I would much rather be positioned with $CURLF for the inevitable company consolidation and growth of cannabis products in the US. $MSOS I think $VREOF is an interesting story as well with the aggressive acquisition strategy. Open for reseasonable discussion of what I might not be seeing here?

$ACB shareholders aren't being given a serious offer. This isn't a struggling company that needs cashflow or new management. This whole offer is unwarranted and unecessary for any real consideration. Stick with the plan and healthy trajectory we're on. The biggest hurdles remain with legal/regulatory and that will take time. Once those dominoes fall this stock will explode and bring exponential returns to investors. STAY THE COURSE

$ACB ACB spent some over $6 billion Cad to become where they are today - under $350 million annual sales , No debt. Maret cap of $245 million ( after curaleaf offered otherwise it was some 50% of today's value ) $CURLF spent some $3 billion to #4 billion USD to build biggest MJ company , and has some $1 billion debt. Annual sales close to $1.5 billion, However Schedule 3 will give them millions of $$$ tax refund based on how many years it goes back and collect that amount - where as ACB will receive nothig. Does ACB management thinks that they will get to $1 billion sales any time soon? No chance. Shareholders will gain more with Curaleaf - ACB management is simply making millions off the shares they are issuing. Shareholders needs their invested money back with profit - their priority is their money and not the salaries of CEO and board members. wake up - kick out $$$ hungry management.
