B. Riley Securities named Abacus Global Management its top investment opportunity in the financial services sector, citing expansion into new business lines, growing assets under management and potential for stronger recurring revenue. The firm rates Abacus Buy with a $16 price target. Abacus focuses on life insurance as an alternative asset class for institutional and private wealth clients. B. Riley highlighted the expansion of its Abacus Asset Group, securitization and consolidation of acquired policies into income funds, and development of a private wealth platform. Abacus raised $378 million across longevity funds and ETFs in Q1 2026, while fee-paying AUM reached $3.28 billion, up 21% from year-end 2024. The company targets more than $5 billion in AUM by the end of 2026. B. Riley expects a second securitization and planned interval fund to broaden distribution and support further AUM growth. $ABX

$ABX at what point does the market take us seriously and stop considering us a fraud. Debating swapping my shares into $OWL at this point

$ABX if rates hadn't been moving against them this quarter, today's PR would be very likely to guarantee a raise in the full year outlook on their next call. Maybe it still will. And this is much bigger securitization than I think most predicted. The 'if they're frauding' discount here is easily $5+ at this point.
