$XRPNW 660m is XRP at 1.40.. Warrants worth 138m if all are exercised.. 800m divided by 33m shares is a NAV of 22$ a share.. is what I come up with for XRPN.. So the dump on Monday might take us to 10-15 but it will be short lived… especially if news or XRP goes up from here.. IMO

$XRPNW trying to understand the price mismatch to intrinsic value here… looking at the last 10Q, I found that “Each whole warrant entitles the registered holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share, at any time commencing on the later of 12 months from the closing of the Initial Public Offering and after the completion of the initial Business Combination.” That means then, the market doesn’t have to price the intrinsic value of the warrants at parity if it doesn’t want to, until its hands are forced in a year. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
