URG Ur-Energy Inc.

$URG It appears URG maybe getting set up for/as a buyout candidate from a larger entity/operation. Or a merger, but my bet is that with their substantial reserves of uranium ore, the huge increase in demand on the horizon, someone will try and scoop them up before the price rises too much. Or they get big $ from Dept of Energy,but at this point,the stock is a silent gem. IMO, and have been accumulating.

$URG Company in a better position than a year ago at almost a 50% discount. Could it keep dipping? Absolutely but dips like this are what separate the crowd. 100% opportunity here being extremely conservative.

$URG Insiders know what’s really going on at URG. Two open market buy orders: $1.39 /$1.29 Short positions in the U sector will add fuel to this domestic gem imo. Paytience 💰 required.

$URG 15% or more shorted and about 11 days to return. Funny that when you look at the chart just about exactly 11 days have gone by where we’ve experienced heavy downward pressure. But that means those shares are coming back soon. 

$URG just a little update after all, you RG could handle a little bit of good news somebody from the officers of URG are buying shares hopefully, it’s a good sign.

$URG Next ER now 11/3/26 after mkt hours per Schwab. Institutional holding has increased no doubt. Insiders buying shares on the open market. Uranium output indicates continued growth as has been noted by management. Patience required here... But you already knew that. Reversal has begun imo. This Domestic Uranium miner produces yellow cake…NOW. GLTA

$URG enCore Energy (EU) Who could acquire URG? enCore reportedly held approximately 5.7% of URG, or 22.46 million shares, according to June 2026 shareholder information. It is an existing uranium producer, making it a logical company to watch for a strategic transaction.

Although the total purchase value of $110,068 implies a relatively low share price, the scale of the transaction may signal bullish expectations for UR‑Energy’s future developments.

$URG a bad week for URG, it does tend to follow the tech market a bit too closely even though it’s outside of it, but… either way, it’s one of those stocks that I know if I just wait long enough it’ll shoot back up above $2. At some point.

$URG Since their mines have been approved and licensed through 2039 .i would settle for less than $5-10/sh for takeover.

$URG your mistake is trusting management I owned this last year and sold for a small profit in the end. I have been following this since 2024 and they under deliver I think their rate of progress is frankly pathetic, they cant utilise these higher uranium prices as their production is pitiful and they are too slow ramping up. Its a tough industry and borderline needs government subsidies its tha hard to recruit ramp up at scale ect in an importany industry. However no sympathy votes they are a long way from profitability and Positive FCF. However still a good buy as a swing around here. This is never going to $8 imo they are like snails and dont have capital nor speed of excecution or enough of a workforce available to have that kind of success. This is just a buy low hell sell high stock not a long term winner unless yhings change alot.

$URG unless they announce another offering. reaching 2 million lbs is going to take another round of stock dilution! they have already proven that they can burn through 50 mil in six months.
