$TVTX Three of four threaputic stocks on IBD are in the red today. Seems to be a sector issue. $TVTX is getting a 2X whipping. Not seeing an news that justifys this other than the CEO change announced several days ago.

$TVTX Good  to  see  a move  back  upwards,  but  I  was  expecting  more  like  $75  after  the  FSGS  patent  extension news.

$TVTX I  don’t reconcile  the  behavior in  trading,  after  FSGS  patent  extension to  2037.  An  additional  5  years  (from  2032  to  2037),  at  a  peak  FSGS  revenue of  say  $700  million,  is  an  additional  $3.5  billion  of  revenue stream for  TVTX.  That  should  be  reflected in  a  $8  to  $12  gap  upwards  in  price today.  it  would certainly contribute  to  an  increased  acquisition  price  of  TVTX.  Perhaps  for  $SNY I  expect  $95  to  $105  buyout  in  H1  next  year.  Exactly  inline  with  Sanofi  criteria  recently laid  out  by  CEO.
