$TPST CEO Matt Angel described the Senlang transaction as “an important step in building Tempest as a multi-platform in vivo CAR-T company focused on immune reset for oncology and autoimmune indications.”

$TPST Just imagine if the planned Q4 human-validated in vivo trial also achieves close to 100% CR, like TPSTs ex vivo trial efficacy earlier in the year. It would be monumental. Looking forward to hearing about first person dosed soon!

$TPST Terms of their licensing deal with Senlang were filed with the SEC. The full collaboration agreement is Exhibit 10.1 of the filing. https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1544227/000119312526394492/d185404d8k.htm Senlang granted TPST an exclusive option, exercisable within four months, to obtain an exclusive, royalty-bearing, sublicensable license to develop and commercialize Senlang’s in-vivo CAR-T technology worldwide, outside of Greater China. If exercised, TPST pays: • An option exercise fee of approximately $447,000. • A nomination fee for each Selected Licensed Product. • Annual maintenance fees escalating from $10 million to $14 million over the first 3 years. • A 6% royalty on net sales & a share of any sublicense revenue.

$TPST - "Tempest Therapeutics special meeting adjourned after proposal fell short of 75% vote threshold" Super simple trend break + S/D flip setup here for tomorrow, not much to explain. Just the usual warning: NO BREAK = NO TRADE! Range to $2/3+

$TPST ...It looks like it wants to run - based on big daily volume, and the huge amount of shares that were shorted on the 16th with many likely still not covered.... ... I think it gaps up tomorrow in the morning. As of tonight, there are now ZERO shares available to short, with a staggering cost to borrow of 306%. Any uptick above $1.48 will cause it to skyrocket.

$TPST I think there will be some very surprised and happy investors in the coming days/weeks! From what I see in the chart, big moves might be coming SOON!!

$TPST Need to keep an eye on how the accounting for this MSA works out. Factor still has the "funding commitment" obligation to TPST. As of June 30, there was $11.8M remaining on that commitment. However, Factor has only provided $500K to TPST, from the purchase of 231,482 shares at $2.16 back in March. Most of Factor's "funding commitment" has been reduced by selling shares to other investors - primarily Armistice, Sabby, & Lincoln Park. TPST has diluted and raised cash since June 30, which should reduce the remaining funding commitment. But none of it is coming from Factor. They have not taken part in any offerings or cash raises since March. Now TPST is obligated to pay $5M/yr to Factor under the MSA. Will be interesting to see if the net outflow from TPST to Factor under the MSA is more than future net inflow from Factor.

$TPST Vote YES by October 14 to clear the path for a $TPST buyout. Management has built an elite pipeline—including a 100% CAR-T response rate and a Phase 3-ready liver cancer asset—and hired Dr. Andrew Fang alongside MTS Health Partners to secure a corporate acquisition. However, outdated corporate rules are blocking the paperwork. Big Pharma buyers require a streamlined acquisition process. Voting YES lowers the voting thresholds and updates governance rules so a future takeover can happen quickly and smoothly. Why your vote is urgent: If you ignore the proxy email from your broker, it automatically counts as a NO vote. Retail apathy is accidentally stalling our own buyout premium. Search your email inbox for "Tempest Proxy" right now and vote YES / FOR on all proposals. It takes less than 60 seconds.

$TPST asking me why is asking me how. You invest your money into a stock I don’t. You choose what you think eventually will make you money, I don’t. I don’t invest my money, I work my money. I have zero emotional investment in ANY of my portfolio. Do I have long stocks..yes but that’s where I put my gains from other places for already keeping. I make my money make money, if I own a stock and it’s Down 30% in a day or two or whatever but then see a stock getting momentum then I’ll ditch the stock and take a 30% loss even if I means that the new stock only gives me back 15%. You would probably laugh and say “ you’d take a 30% loss to only get back 15%. YES YES YES I hate worse 0 or 15 down? I make 15 back then move on to another stock where I might see 10-20% and I’ll hit that and move on. I constantly keep my money moving and when my pics hit big I take the earnings and tuck them away I to somthing stable and can use it as margin. Money makes money and not waiting

$TPST With lincoln Funding in place a pop to even $5-6 dollars could beget a dramatic further run up as a parabolic move suddenly injects 10s of millions into the coffers In turn giving tempest a strong negotiating position which itself could create a premium in negotiations

$TPST This has tremendous upside with the tech but falls a little short on financing. Worth the 5% of your portfolio as a high risk play.

$TPST US‑Biotechs verstehen selten, wie stark deutsche Broker Microcaps einfrieren.
