$TOON Just an update: I still haven’t received a response to my email, so I plan on sending a second request next week. Working in Corporate America, I know immediate replies are rare, so I’ll give Ted Avayas from Cresendo Communications a week to respond. The email I sent yesterday or the day before had four questions, though they got cut off in the picture below—but you’ll remember them. There’s no way I could have written something like that on my own, so Copilot did a great job; I think the words are really good. I’m determined to be a pain in the ass to TOON and investor relations. I’ve got the time, and I’m going to do it. Even if it’s a pointless effort, I’ll pursue it for all of us shareholders who’ve lost a lot.

$TOON I sent an email to Investor relations about Andy's Producer Fee's. Of course, I'm not a guy who knows how to write proper emails about these things but I used the help of Copilot. In particular, I've asked Investor Relations to answer 4 questions: 1) Why are producer fees being granted to the CEO at this time? 2) How is this compensation structure justified given the company’s financial performance? 3) What safeguards exist to prevent conflicts of interest in executive compensation decisions? 4) How the board is ensuring that leadership compensation aligns with shareholder value creation? F*ck Andy...this is a seriously low blow...I don't care if he took $12 dollars or $1M... this is just WRONG!!

$TOON So let's recap the shit news we had this week...some of it seems suspect but if Bill says it is legit then legit...because Bill is Andy in disguise. Okay, so we learned we got a shitty book published by TOON or someone related to TOON on Amazon. No one bought it...and one guy reviewed it. Apparently a real book on Hundred Acre Wood almost 15 months before release. Then we also learned about a "shell" company of TOON's called WTP Production LLC. They are selling HAW:WTP Merch that looks like equally suspect and cheap as fuck. Looks like someone took a bag and slapped a graphic on it using Photoshop. And now they are selling this stuff apparently. No mention of any of this by Andy/TOON in their ER (Bill will correct me on this...he reads that stuff for fun) and none of us regulars here talked about it last year or maybe we did. But this is basically what we are dealing with 4 months from release day. Good grief...

$TOON what the shareholders have been asked to vote on tells a story, item 3 - issuing equity, item 4 awarding the board and the cherry is item 5 - if we don't like how the vote went do you vote that we can overturn your vote (essentially) - hate this company, no wonder they did a poison pill, bunch of crooks.

$TOON the CEO production payment 12.5k per show w/o limitation is outrageous. If done via external its OK, fire if show is bad. But here? Extra payment for unvalidated work .. nope.

$TOON what baffles me is that kartoon studios owns the IP to Bee and Puppy Cat, Reboot, and Catbug which are proven IP with a following. Following the subreddits and instagram page the Reels and shorts get a ton of views. Why not invest the new settlement money on proven IP? if Bee and Puppycat consistently pumped out content in a timley manner it would be as massive as a following as Stevens Universe which came out around the same time and has a same vibe which is a common discussion on bee and puppycat subreddit. Im hoping they utilize this new settlement money towards these ips or even the Mainframe in Development ips. Im not so bullish or sure about super hero pets (similar to paw patrol) and bitcoin brigade. Time will tell with the Winnie Project but we wont know till atleast 6 months after release the numbers

$TOON Andy will remembered as a con artist that scammed almost a billion dollars from shareholders using cartoon characters to pull them in.

$TOON Until they can demonstrate any progress in creating “shareholder value,” for the first time since inception, withhold all, vote against all.

$TOON Andy has the nerve to ask in his letter to ‘dear fellow shareholders’ for patience as if having lost -99.90% of SP is not enough of patience?! What about excercising his legally binding fiduciary duty and have Andy excercise a -99.90% reduction of his earnings, and shareholders will ask him to be patient. What a lowlife CEO is Andy. Making millions while destroying SP in a publicly traded company is a contradiction in any logic. You make money when you increase value as a CEO!? You dont, if you lose -99.90 of SP!!!

$TOON Strategic shift into producing more of their own content really means more producer fees for Heyward since they have all that settlement cash now. Before August Heyward only received producer fees for content he helped produce if the production cost was 100% financed by a third party and it was capped at $650,000 a year. Now he receives producer fees for everything and there is no longer any annual cap.

$TOON if I can find the courage to throw $3000 into this and wait until it hits $1.50 I can recoup a lot of money back. But I don’t trust this scam and Andy needs to go to hell.

$TOON The company that owns Andy’s IPs produced 1985~-2005~ is operating at a loss. Where are those millions and millions of profit the brands make by owning their IP outright?

$TOON Someone needs to Bring Heyward to his knees & wake this old shit for brains up. Sociopath, Scammer all on shareholders dime. Yesterday giving out free shares for what? Cannot Vote, unless for his recommendations, if not they can over rule.......This says to me this pos Heyward does not care about any shareholders and never will. Have a good evening folks. Thats my story

$TOON Real company does versus the scammed company TOON run by crook ANDY HEYWARD. "GameStop’s latest catalyst was Ryan Cohen’s $26.4 million open-market purchase of 1.15 million shares," ANDY HEYWARD wants free shares for him and his cronies and selling while asking shareholders to continue give them free shares The picture has been ultra clear, Andy Heyward created this public trade company with one vision to use us like an ATM while inviting his old ass retirees to sit on BOD to vote for whatever he asks them to. Win win for all of them but us the majority shareholders. I wish someone starts with the letter to SEC to have them look into this company and finally jail that crook AH for good. That will do justice for us I guess as our money are down the drain anyway

$TOON how the hell a CEO loses -99.90% of SP?!?!?🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶 and leaves shareholders with 0.1% of SP value, while getting paid millions and millions in salaries and awards himself millions in bonus shares!?!??? Is there a fiduciary duty owed to shareholders in a publicly traded company? Does Andy have any fiduciary duties to shareholders?!???

$TOON shhh*t. Come on guys, more enthusiasm. When indices are about to crash, shouldn't these little (cash rich) non-performer do some funny moves up? At least they have more than enough for nice team building sessions on Hawaii :)

$TOON after 6 years I pulled out today. This company has some potential, but Ive lost all faith in the CEO doing anything good for shareholders. He simply does not deserve faith or trust. Good luck to all. 🫡
