What changed in a little over one year other than better fundamentals from strong execution, several positive clinical updates, several substantial insider buying, international partnership and getting much closer to our data update ? Oh yeah a little dilution from ATM that is some necessary balance sheet strengthening and it’s nothing in the big picture relative to our TAM. Am I missing something?

Once you factor in all the indications it could treat, the peer‑reviewed data, the ODD applications, the Saudi angle, previous trial results, the clean tolerance profile, Gab holding 30%, the recent insider buys, the MOD grant, the ALS grant, and the Mass General Brigham publication, plus the two big ones: big pharma waiting for the data and Gab openly saying he won’t sell for less than $5B, the numbers stop looking crazy. If SPMS Phase 2 is strong, followed by ALS and ALZ, the higher valuations actually look realistic !! Well in my mind or I may be mad !!

$TLSA Novartis announced yesterday that it has 2 late breaking slots at MSToronto 2026 in relation to its MS drugs. Will we see a similar announcement from Tiziana prior to the conference? The Chairman holds over 30% of the stock and named the company after a past partner who passed away. Will he be interested in selling or retain control, raise funds and continue independent progreassion? I am somewhat taken up with excitement and zeal for the current month - the phase 2a result is a huge pivot point for which I and many others are rightly excited / stressed / vexxed / enthused. To cope, I focus on the virtious - a positive result brings a drug closer to fruition for a huge number of current and future 1st world patients - our "problems in dealing with that are by comparison small beer. $TLSA For anyone new: Tiziana Life Sciences (Nasdaq: TLSA) expects topline data in October from INFORM-MS, its randomised, placebo-controlled Phase 2a trial of intranasal foralumab. Foralumab is a nasal anti-CD3 antibody from Howard Weiner's lab at Brigham and Women's Hospital, targeting the microglial inflammation behind progressive multiple sclerosis, which has no approved treatment in its non-active form. In open-label use, all 14 expanded-access patients were reported stable or improved within six months, with PET scans showing reduced microglial activation. The same mechanism is being pursued in MSA, Alzheimer's, ALS and brain injury, largely grant-funded, so one positive controlled readout could reprice the whole platform. Tiziana signed an MOU with Saudi Arabia's King Abdullah International Medical Research Center, and its founder holds about 35% of the shares. At around $117 million, the market is paying little for an eight-indication platform ahead of a binary catalyst.

$TLSA In my opinion, if the study is a success, it’s not entirely impossible that Tiziana will release the data alongside the partnership that has already been signed. Fingers crossed!
