$TII Starting to test the waters into previously strong support zones from last quarter. However, the previous quarter's support was established under a different set of market conditions. Today's fundamental outlook may be better, in fact IMO it’s much better, but the cost of capital and the appetite for speculative development-stage investments, even those generating income, appears to have somewhat deteriorated.
That makes it entirely possible for a historically strong support level to fail without any corresponding deterioration in the underlying company. I’m confident in my ownership, I’m comfortable holding as we move through these areas, I’m not convinced that the previous swing low is bulletproof. The next handful of sessions will hopefully provide some clarity. Trigger finger is standing by.
