Jim Cramer's top 10 things to watch in the stock market Friday $stub Citi upgraded ticket marketplace StubHub to buy from hold. Analysts have seen “robust” app downloads during the third quarter, leading them to predict a beat on third-quarter operating profitability. Could be an interesting spec here. This one has been a horrendous performer since last September’s blown IPO, down over 70%. Shares are up over 7% premarket. https://www.cnbc.com/2026/09/18/jim-cramers-top-10-things-to-watch-in-the-stock-market-friday.html?__source=iosappshare%7Ccom.stocktwits.StockTwits.STShareExtension

Moody’s Ratings upgraded StubHub’s Corporate Family Rating to B2 from B3, citing progress in deleveraging the live-event ticketing platform. The agency also raised the company’s Probability of Default Rating and senior secured bank facility ratings to B2, maintaining a stable outlook. The upgrade reflects StubHub’s aggressive debt-reduction strategy and expected recovery in operating margins. Moody’s highlighted $350 million of voluntary debt repayments funded by excess cash flow since late 2025, followed by another $100 million payment after the second quarter of 2026. StubHub’s Moody’s-adjusted leverage stood at 8.5x at the end of Q2, but the agency expects it to fall to 5.7x by year-end 2026, supported by mid- to high-single-digit gross merchandise sales growth and margin expansion. Moody’s expects annual free cash flow of $280 million-$300 million, net of seller payments, while the company has a fully available $565 million senior secured revolving credit facility due in 2030. $STUB

$STUB Company is a complete scam. They won’t pay out on tickets sold >90 days ago and customer service is 100% outsourced. I would never use their platform again. Stock will continue to go lower as consumers move to better alternatives.

$STUB lawsuit watch: a proposed class action filed June 30 alleges StubHub sold World Cup 2026 tickets it wasn't authorized to sell, leaving buyers stranded outside stadiums. Complaint stage, nothing to claim. Open Class Actions.

$STUB I sold my tickets to the Daytona 500 last year. It took exactly one year to receive my payment. I spoke to at least twenty people over the year and got absolutely nowhere. Terrible customer service. Hopefully they go out of business.

$STUB Stop looking at charts and look under the hood. I have shouted from the roof top from day one to short this POS, go back a and check all my posts if you have the time. Horribly run company with terribly corrupt and criminal management. US had the biggest event in ticketing history and they still couln't make money??? You really think they are gonna make money pushing re-treads like Backstreet Boys and Guns n Roses? Go look at all the legal headwinds they are facing before you waste your money on a dead cat long.
