$STI $SPCX The new and improved Solidion Technologies website is now up. And there's a lot more that has been going on behind the scenes with new hires, etc. One day soon that will all be reported. Wednesday is the last day of Q3 and I can't wait to see the numbers on the balance sheet when the 10-K comes out 45 days later, millions of dollars of cash and NO DEBT. It is going to be impressive. How many other companies that are similar can say that? How refreshing to own stock in a company of this size and not have the daily risk of a big offering at a huge discount? KNOW WHAT YOU OWN, people. It is prime time to add. Tarry too long and you'll be buying the stock in double digits on the next meaningful PR? DAILY PARABOLIC POTENTIAL with this one.

$STI $SPCX The balance sheet is getting attention, but there’s a LOT more here: ✅ $27.7M cash at end of Q2 ✅ $35M financing completed ABOVE market ✅ $1M share buyback authorized ✅ Insider buying ✅ 500+ patent portfolio ✅ 7 new anode patents announced in June ✅ Multiple U.S. Army/DOE grants ✅ Silicon-anode products generating revenue ✅ Binding patent-monetization agreement ✅ Pouch-cell commercialization efforts ✅ Exposure to EVs, drones, AI data centers, robotics & space ✅ New independent directors ✅ New hires + completely revamped website They've spent years building a massive IP portfolio and now appear to be transitioning toward commercialization and monetization with the strongest balance sheet in company history. Management is authorizing a $1,000,000 BUYBACK while insiders are buying shares themselves. The pieces are finally coming together. Now it’s time to see what management can do with them. This is starting to look primed for a serious move higher!

$STI $SPCX I keep coming back to how different this company looks today compared with just a few months ago. $35M financing WELL ABOVE market. $27.7M cash at Q2. $1M buyback authorized. Insider buying. 500+ patents. Army/DOE programs. Silicon-anode products generating revenue. New hires. New website. And now management is pursuing an ALL-CASH acquisition of That last part really caught my attention. This isn't management sitting on its hands waiting for the market to discover its patent portfolio. They're actively looking for ways to build scale and create a larger operating business around the technology they've spent years developing. Cash + IP + insider conviction + aggressive expansion. There are a LOT of moving pieces here right now. Feels like we're watching the next chapter of Solidion being built in real time. Know what you own. 🔋🚀

$STI $FLUX.X This is a great move, FLUX has some good sales, but huge delisting risk, it may be too late for them to survive on their own. Take a look at the dilution, they are already in default with GIBRALTAR BUSINESS CAPITAL. Yep, they are doomed if STI does not resuscitate them. This is called BUYING REVENUES and in this case BUYING REVENUES ON THE CHEAP. Kudos to CEO Jaymes Winters. $FLUX.X is basically broke and the INCREDIBLY TOXIC dilution alternatives they have are devastating, basically life-threatening. But they have some good product and customers.

$$STI $FLUX.X $SPCX Things are getting VERY interesting at Solidion. In just the last few months: 🔋 $35M financing completed WELL ABOVE market 💰 $27.7M cash at end of Q2 🔄 $1M share buyback authorized 👀 CEO, CFO & director buying shares 📜 500+ patents 🇺🇸 Army/DOE backed programs 🚀 Batteries targeting space, AI data centers, drones, robotics & EVs And this morning $STI announces its intent to pursue an ALL-CASH acquisition of $FLUX , a battery company that reported $42.1M in FY2026 revenue. To me, that says management isn't thinking small. They appear to be looking at ways to turn years of technology and IP development into a much larger operating business. New leadership. New website. Insider buying. Buyback. Stronger balance sheet. And now potential M&A. The story is evolving FAST. Know what you own. 🔋🚀

$STI STI $SPCX $NVDA !. Did you notice the LARGEST EVER ROCKET LAUNCH this morning? 2. Did you know SPCX is based in Texas? 3. Did you know Solidion is also based in Texas? Do you think Elon might have any interest in the huge number of patents that Solidion has? Did you know that Elon is tripling the size of the lithium battery project in Texas?

GamBino_MaF187
$STI They own 300 + patents worth an estimated 750 Million dollars. so almost $ 1 BILLION dollars. Their materials and technology is, from what I know, the very best. There are many companies who will have to pay up because they are in violation of patent infringement !!! STI market cap is only about 50 million ... it should be 10x that . WAKE UP people. If the space economy explodes ...which I'm guessing it will in this crazy world we live in ... STI is going to play a big part in it....and its not just the space economy ..ITS EVs , its defense, its AI ... and many other industries. I'm all in . IS STI risky ... sure, it definitely is , but thats how we make $$ ..calculated risk ...NFA

$STI 🔋🚀 Sometimes the biggest opportunity is when the company is changing faster than the market’s perception of it. Look at what’s happening here: ✅ Balance sheet transformed ✅ $35M financing completed above market ✅ $1M buyback authorized ✅ Insiders buying ✅ 500+ patents ✅ Army/DOE-backed technology ✅ Products beginning to generate revenue ✅ New hires + revamped website ✅ Now pursuing an ALL-CASH acquisition of$FLUX This increasingly looks like a company trying to turn a massive battery IP portfolio into a much larger operating business. And the potential markets aren't small: EVs. Drones. Robotics. Defense. AI infrastructure. Space. Years of R&D and patent accumulation appear to be shifting toward execution and monetization. $STI is one meaningful development away from a LOT more eyes finding this story. KNOW WHAT YOU OWN. 🔋🚀

$STI $STI Does anybody else know who the two biggest violators, CLEAR CUT VIOLATORS, of the Solidion patents are? 1. BIG DADDY $CATL, market cap $1.62 TRILLION DOLLARS. 2. $BYD at $8.12 BILLION DOLLARS. Look for settlement at some point (Q4 or Q1 2027(not to mention it is chump change for these two behemoths.) 1. Resolving the Past: Damages for Infringement • The Admission: By admitting to the violation, the infringing company avoids a lengthy, unpredictable, and expensive court trial. • The Payment: They pay a lump sum to make the patent owner "whole." This amount is calculated based on reasonable royalties (what the company should have been paying all along) or lost profits (the money the patent owner lost because of the unauthorized competition). 2. Securing the Future: The Licensing Agreement The payment to "continue to use for a fee" transforms the infringer into a legal user through a patent license.

$STI Yep, three words you can associate with $FLUX once you read and get help understanding just how bad the financing options are: HUGELY DILUTIVE, DEFINITELY TOXIC and that results in the inevitable DEATH SPIRAL. Ask AI what DEATH SPIRAL FINANCING IS if you are not truly familiar with it. STock will lokely fall back to .40 once retail understands that Solidion is not begging to get the company. The CEO is very disciplined, has the luxury of enough cash ($27M) on the balance sheet to not have to do anything at all. But we believe there is a multitude of smaller companies that will be receptive to STI, smaller companies that have good product but they are caught in the spider web of the DEATH SPIRAL FINANCING. Solidion may be able to save a few of them to the benefit of shareholders of both companies.
