$SPWR Lot of FUD-sters here; I get it, you lost $$$ or are underwater. Been installing solar PV in FLA since 2010. It's the cheapest form of energy; panels & micros are way better now than 10 years ago. IQ9N 427VA is on steroids. 600+ Watt panels. Can do 20A 9-panel string which used to take 17+ panel-micros. SPWR is in high-end resi - C/I arena. Never been busier. Killing 30% ITC got rid of carpetbaggers. Good thing. High energy prices are good for solar & SunPower.

$SPWR SunPower Breaks Ground on Reno AI Data Center. OREM, Utah, Oct. 06, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SunPower Inc. (Nasdaq: SPWR), a solar technology, services, and installation company, today announced it broke ground on a solar power system for a new AI data center located in Reno, Nevada. John Paul Bergh, EVP of Cobalt Power Systems and SunPower New Homes, said, "While not yet at the 100-megawatt-plus scale, this solar project is complex, and its installation is a learning opportunity for us. As such, SunPower is honored to have been awarded the first phase of the Reno AI data center project, reflecting our target of expanding our commercial system capability when rigorous performance specs are required." T.J. Rodgers, CEO of SunPower, said, "Our ASP for a residential solar job is about $32 thousand, but our high-tech Silicon Valley installations average $44 thousand with some commercial installations running well over $1 million. Bigger is better on the bottom line."

$SPWR Dont be fooled by this Q3 nonsense. This company will dilute every last share you own until it is worthless. That's not investing that is reckless gambling. If other solar companies are turning red and they are moderately healthy and produce products then expect SPWR to get down into the .10's and there it might be worth a gamble buy why pay a premium at .30's when you know this CEOs MO is to consumer your money! Dont fall for it! Other stocks that are financially stable. Not this crap!

$SPWR how realistic would it be for spwr to complete 45 installs per day? Across the nation, doesn’t seem that impossible to find 45 people a day to go solar.

SPWR has T,J Rodgers and John Doerr both holding majority of shares. Two billionaires putting together a solar company by combining 3. SPWR has a good chance of profits in q 3 and beyond. Is this the time to go all in?$SPWR

$SPWR seeing some nice volume today. This could end up being a huge turn around play here. $500M in revenue and being positive net income will be huge news for this soon. We could see a double or triple🔥💪

$SPWR Another day for SPWR to drop .10 cents on deck. Dilution is the solution for the CEO who needs investors money to run this bankrupt company

$SPWR Back to .20's then into the .10's. Other solar stocks are flopping hard. This one is doomed for the pink sheets. Management decided to screw investors by diluting to keep them running.

$SPWR from the filing just posted. Vote happens in November. Still a slim chance they don’t do if Q3 is strong but given the large recent dilution I can still see it happening To approve an amendment to our Certificate of Incorporation, as previously amended, to effect a reverse stock split of our issued and outstanding shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), at a ratio ranging from 1-for-5 to 1-for-35, with the exact ratio to be set within that range at the discretion of our Board of Directors without further approval or authorization of our stockholders, and with our Board of Directors retaining the authority to abandon the amendment at any time prior to the filing thereof;

$SPWR John Doerr has aquired millions of shares. Yet another billionaire investing in lil ole SPWR> There are others that invested many shares, have not had time to read the SEC forms 4 yeat. This is significant going forward.

$SPWR I doubled my investment, to average down. Average price is now .71, just hope they don't reverse split and can recover organically.

$SPWR The third quarter, July through September, is traditionally the best for the solar industry, and SunPower’s bookings across multiple quarters have been in record-setting territory (shown below). VP Dan McCranie emphasized that “bookings are everything…[and] the primary driver of revenue.”

$SPWR must be behind on the share sale schedule, trying hard to drum up some buyers. Dog.

$SPWR what was the point of that pr? Trying to drum up buyers before earnings? Not a new award, not a completion of a tough project.. not new or unknown revenue. Just feels like a meaningless pr to try for a pump. Market didn’t care.

$SPWR looks like it is heading for a Reverse Split. They usually don't end well for shareholders.
