$SPHR | OUT 837 shares @ $105.865 → $110.32 +$3,728 | +4.21% Caught the reversal following the multi-timeframe DeMark exhaustion setup. $121 is still on the table, but I’ve closed my entire position and locked in the gain. On to the next setup.

$SPHR | IN 837 shares @ $105.40 Taking a higher-timeframe reversal/mean-reversion setup after the sharp selloff. DeMark exhaustion is lining up across multiple timeframes, with the 1H printing a 13 near the lows. Position: ~$88.5K Looking for the reversal to confirm from here. I’ll post the exit.

$SPHR read a few articles today that the recent sell off from the wizard of oz was a market overreaction. That’s why it pumped despised a heavy red day. Target price is currently at 176$. Pure discount right now. Easiest hold I had in a while

$SPHR Next stop $90 Even $90 is way overvalued. Horrible balance sheet. Losing millions per month.

$SPHR good entry here. The sphere is the most unique stadium in the world. The lack of wizard of oz ticket sales isnt going to bankrupt this stock trust me. I think the market is overreacting.

$SPHR Catalyst: Analysts flag softening demand and uneven Oct ticket pricing for the *Wizard of Oz* immersive show. Investors question Sphere’s sustainability of growth built on hit content, sparking valuation repricing. Granular data: After-hours only +0.70% to $111.58. Typical dip-buyers for Vegas entertainment stocks barely showed up. This pullback is a giveback after surging from $95 YTD to $163 in July; past gains already front-loaded content optimism.

$SPHR Craig-Hallum downgraded Sphere Entertainment to Hold from Buy and cut its target to 132 from 170 (Barron's). Shares are off about 11% to around 114, on pace for the worst day since April. The trigger is The Wizard of Oz. Demand is softening faster than expected, and the updated version released Sept 25 has not significantly improved the trend. Fiscal Q3 ticket sales are tracking below Street estimates. One level down: Oz is the whole operating story. It has sold 4 million-plus tickets and passed 500 million in revenue since opening last August (Pollstar), and carried the Sphere segment to 29% revenue growth in Q2. So the two open risks are a content gap, with no dates yet for the Rocky Horror or From the Edge experiences, and the Maryland expansion, which Craig-Hallum pegs at 1.4 billion vs the company's more-than-1-billion figure. Context: 11 buys still on the stock and the consensus target sits at 168 (MarketBeat), about 47% above the tape.
