$SOS STOP BUYING THIS. SOS has raised ~$750 MILLION since 2021 and produced no shareholder value. This week they increased the float 141% by selling 19,000,000 Class A Ordinary Shares for $0.18. Surprise! That wasn't enough - today, they just announced 40,000,000 Class A Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of $0.30 per Share for $12 million. A 449.2% increase in 10 days. Think SOS will spend the money wisely? HAHAHAHA 2025 Form 20-F in May 2026 revealed that cash and cash equivalents had collapsed from approximately $239 million at the end of 2024 to roughly $3 million just one year later. Management never provided an explanation of where more than $230 million had gone - or any of the other money they've raised!

$SOS I’ll repeat this because the scale is absurd: Before this offering, $SOS says it has just *13,469,901 Class A shares outstanding*. Now SOS Limited wants to sell *19,000,000 NEW Class A shares at $0.18* for just *$3.42 million*. That’s new shares equal to *141% of the entire existing Class A share count*, priced at roughly a **76% discount to the prior day’s close*. And this isn’t some one-off event. SOS has diluted shareholders repeatedly for years, sometimes multiple times in the same year. The difference is that earlier offerings raised tens or hundreds of millions of dollars. Now the company has been diluted and reverse-split so aggressively that it is proposing to sell *more new Class A shares than currently exist*, just to raise $3.42 million. That is what years of relentless dilution have done to $SOS.

$SOS How do they even lose that much money? The bank in Africa didn’t work out? Or maybe the hosting machines are broke? Could it be that all the money got siphoned to Wang and friends? This is the scam of the century!

$SOS Time for a laugh (for some of us) compliments of perplexity. SOS is still trading, but it has spent years mutating its story—China Rapid Finance, then crypto mining, then miner hosting, and now a proposed Indonesian AI/cloud-data-centre project. It received an NYSE price-noncompliance notice and executed a 1-for-15 reverse split in November 2024; its recent disclosures describe uncorrected or significant control issues around valuation, existence, and ownership verification of crypto assets and mining equipment. The 2021 short-seller allegations were extraordinary: Hindenburg and Culper alleged fake addresses, doctored or borrowed images of mining rigs, a questionable supplier, and undisclosed related-party links. SOS denied the allegations at the time; later investor litigation settled, which resolves claims without itself establishing that every allegation was true. Your “self-penned PR as news” point is the enduring retail-investor trap.

$SOS SOS Limited completed the sale of 19,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at $0.18 per share, raising approximately $3.42 million in gross proceeds. So it will come down to under $0.18. What happened to 200 milion dollars cash? 😄

$SOS So another project in the works. Just like the: Crypto platform that “will be bigger than Coinbase and everyone in China will use it” Crypto insurance And on and on and on. This company never does anything.

$SOS this can go insane to $5 or even $10. Fully diluted (worst case scenario) this is still trading at 4% of its book value. Then throw in data center news. I might stay here for the long haul

$SOS even fully diluted with the 45m shares possible right now it would still be way below book value. This can do insane numbers

$SOS The chart is already broken, and the short sellers are making a desperate last stand. Once the traders get exhausted, we’ll likely see a sharp drop. I want to make it clear that I am no longer a robot.

$SOS This stock is one of the worst scams to ever be listed. Despite repeated warnings to people, some choose to follow these big accounts. A lot of these accounts with massive follower lists pay for those followers. They are fake. You can easily tell by the no picture and barely any posting history. All you are for these big accounts is exit liquidity. Your money is another watch. Another car. Another condo. Another drug fueled weekend. Please do yourselves a favor and stop following there pump and dumpers and learn to trade for your own financial future.

$SOS Willful negligence for this to continue to be listed. They're offering 19M new Class A shares —141% of existing Class A — for only $0.18 when public shares closed around $0.76 the day before. As of 12/31/25 they reported $3.23 M Cash. This new offering would produce $3.42 M. ... On December 31, 2024 they had $228.13 M with no good explanation of where it all went - "$213.8 million increase in cash outflow related to “other receivable.”"

$SOS And there is more: Do Yandai Wang and Dr Yang even exist? They appear to exist—though “exist” is doing less work than it should in an SOS press release. Yandai Wang is the company’s executive chairman and CEO, with a Bloomberg executive profile, Yahoo/Equilar listings, SEC filings signed in his name, and an ownership stake reported around 17.65%. So the CEO is not obviously a phantom. Dr. Huazhong “Eric” Yan was announced in January 2021 as SOS’s vice-president of operations and crypto-mining/security guru, with a claimed background in blockchain security, wallets, exchanges, and digital-asset insurance. But the public trail is largely SOS’s own PRNewswire releases and company filings; I found no independent, substantial professional footprint confirming the “renowned expert” billing. That is the familiar SOS pattern: a real corporate shell, real filings, real executives—and a promotional narrative whose key characters and projects are difficult to verify outside the company.

$SOS this almost feels too good to be true. Holding 800 BTC and more. Transitioning to data centers is the right call. The market will eat this up once the company puts outs a PR with updates. This is showing a lot of strength. Won’t take much to take this over $1.

$SOS there should be some sort of an IQ for people to buy stocks. Here we have a person with an IQ of 53 or so, being bullish on a scam. How pathetic.
