$SNK $SPCX $TSLA what happened to SPCX stock with the previous unlocks? You created an entire post lecturing about ignoring data. Yet you ignore the fact that the stock price increased subsequent to previous unlocks? Why would the price increase? Because institutional investors are buying at these precise moments and the institutional demand is greater than the supply created with the unlocking of shares. Fact!

$SNK $SPCX $TSLA Saying “the stock went up after previous unlocks, therefore institutions absorbed them” is not proof — it’s an assumption. Yes, SPCX recovered somewhat after earlier unlocks. Nobody is disputing that. But unlock ≠ immediate sale, and a subsequent rally does not make billions of newly eligible shares disappear. Here’s what is still coming (as I said before) 2026 • Sept. 24: ~328.4M shares • Oct. 9: ~328.4M • Oct. 24: ~328.4M • After Q3 earnings: ~1.30 BILLION • Dec. 8: ~797.6M That is roughly 3.08 BILLION shares becoming eligible before year-end. And 2027 isn’t exactly quiet either: • After Q4 earnings: ~351.9M • Mar. 18: ~176M • After Q1 earnings: ~351.9M • May 17: ~176M • Around June 12–14: another ~351.9M extended-holder tranche PLUS Musk’s roughly 6+ BILLION-share lockup expiration • Another extended-holder tranche of roughly 351.9M is expected after Q2 2027 earnings. So yes — demand slightly absorbed previous unlocks. Now let’s see how that thesis holds up when billions more shares become eligible, culminating in the biggest lockup expiration of them all in 2027. And unless you’ve got actual institutional-flow data proving institutions specifically bought because of each unlock, calling that a “fact” is doing a lot of work. 😂 Supply and demand still apply — even when you really like the stock. Good day sir…
