$SNDL That is exactly what I have been saying for a few years now! This company is run by incompetent people, led by Zach George. This new RS plan is further proof. People looking to invest in the cannabis sector should avoid SNDL and look toward $HITI instead. A fast-growing company led by a visionary and competent CEO $HITI

$SNDL I don't know—despite all the good intentions, they haven't managed to attract hedge fund capital so far... And now you're trying to sell me on the idea that investors will jump in at a higher price? Nah, I don't buy it. They just need to get it reclassified—stop treating it like a hard drug on par with fentanyl—get credit facilities like other companies, and prove they can turn a profit; that’s what we’re asking for.

$SNDL $XRPN $XRP.X After all these years I finally gave up on SNDL😢 not because I need the money, what I do need is to see better potential for that money and I think this move has more potential. I truly believe I made the right decision here, time will tell 🤷🏼‍♂️ GLTA!

$SNDL $MSOS over 5.30 and this junk is still 1.40, embarrassing! You could have bought an ETF of the same sector and been up double by now. Instead you wasted a year and are down. Thanks for the shareholder value Zach!

$SNDL is the only LP with US operations across 3 states and registered with DEA.. Market has no idea. When the Parrallel consolidation formally completed this Q4, SNDL stock will have to get rerate to MSOs peer valuations (3x from this level). $TLRY $CGC $ACB $MSOS

$SNDL I thought the CEO was pro shareholders and wanted to create shareholder value instead with this reverse split coming up. He will absolutely annihilate any shareholder value people have left. So much for share buybacks. This has turned out to be one big scam!!!

$SNDL Anyone looking for answers to where the shareholder value went to… 1. Zach 2. SAF , whos CEO used to work for ZG hedgefund. ZG was very crafty with his messaging for years ”The market is valuing our Canada business at zero” . It was actually the opposite , the market was valuing the secretive 500 million he gave to SAF at zero, with no transparency and all SNDL risk.

$SNDL market cap of 348 million with a 10-1 reverse making the share price 13.90 still a 348 million market cap. 180 million in cash with ALL the other assets combined. Short or sell at your own peril. I’ll keep buying, 150k shares long and strong… I buy balance sheets.

$SNDL holding 132,500 shares and I can’t even lie, when, or if this pops on S3 above my average of $1.90, I will be trimming my position to allocate and invest that elsewhere

$SNDL I voted the shares with my other brokerage yesterday- went with a hard NO. Perhaps if the board and leadership were more transparent on Ontario scenario, what Parallel actually looks like (debt we are taking on), some guidance of what financials and EPS might look like after integration, etc I would have considered a Yes vote. But the continual lack of transparency and highly disappointing results in 2026 makes me want to do the exact opposite of what Zach and the board is asking for. Trust is now earned- not given anymore after nothing but letdowns to shareholders.

$SNDL shareholder don’t forget to vote! Every share you own is a count to the vote. Retail investors hold like 70+ % of the shares.

$SNDL Just voted "no" on the reverse split. They need to focus on sustained profitability and positive free cash flow before asking the capital markets for more money. We already handed Zach George $1 Billion, and suffered through one reverse split. Make that work first before asking for more.

$SNDL should go up now. Just started selling my shares after holding for at least 6 years. Good luck all.

$SNDL Here’s what actually matters on this RS vote: SNDL has ~246.1M voting shares and NO holder controls 10%+. The current directors together control only ~1.6%. Estimated institutional ownership is only around 20%, so this is a very widely dispersed shareholder base. The RS requires MORE THAN 66⅔% of the votes CAST to pass. That means management cannot just steamroll shareholders with insider voting power. If more than 1/3 of the votes actually cast are NO, the RS fails. So yes — public/retail holders have real leverage here. The catch? THEY HAVE TO VOTE. Shares sitting in an account doing nothing don’t count as NO. And if you submit a proxy without making a selection, management can vote those represented shares FOR the proposal. This is one of those rare times where retail participation can genuinely decide the outcome. Vote your shares. Don’t just bitch on StockTwits afterward. 😂

$SNDL it sucks cause I’ve been here so long, but I think I gotta take the haircut and move into other stocks in the sector like trulieve and msos for a better chance at seeing gains going into rescheduling. I just don’t see this going well near term after a rs, I was here for the last one and don’t wanna stay for another. Anyone have anything with actual value to add would be welcome, otherwise don’t need and pumping or bashing the stock I’ve seen enough of that.
