$SLXN Two Silexion press releases landed about 24 hours apart. Read them together. Monday: positive preclinical data on SIL204, its KRAS cancer drug. The finding is that the siRNA rides naturally occurring lipoproteins into cells, no artificial nanoparticle needed. The stock is up about 25% Tuesday. Tuesday: the financing. Silexion cut the strike on 3.2 million Series E warrants to 0.2603 and exercised them for about 837 thousand in gross proceeds, per the company release. The second PR has its own second half: 6.4 million in NEW warrants (Series F and G) issued at the same 0.2603 strike, exercisable after shareholder approval. Outstanding share count is about 5.6 million (Barchart). A company worth about 2 million raising under 1 million, with 6.4 million in new paper behind it. The science PR got the volume. The financing PR tells the rest.

$SLXN hit .51 this morning. posted yesterday for team at .26 for 96% gain on the overnight swing. excellent! that stock is at .31 now

$SLXN The warrants was the pretext to rug pull you. You think it's by chance they released this information AFTER it was up 100% in premarket? All of this is coordinated and premeditated And now the ride back up will be slow as molasses - it's designed that way. I have time and a stop loss set today. I entered at .29. The timing of the release of information (delisting a stock in the middle of a run etc.) is NEVER by chance. It is planned that way to rug pull you. It has always been this way, only the last 6 weeks it's been so out of control that I literally wait for the tank to enter stocks that would (before the installation of this new program) normally keep climbing. I also sell most things before open now anticipating tanks. and I'm right 90% of the time. This is 100% not normal. The frequency of it and the fact that some of us can see telegraph these tanks before they happen should tell you something.

$SLXN Im not a short (Check my previous posts) but this stock is the dog of all dogs it will not get over 0.50 today and will climb down all morning tracked this stock for a while and its price action is horrible, also massive walls in place which it will not be able to get over (Likely warrants, dilution or some other way to scam you)

$SLXN it's had multiple and back to back 50%- 130% or more days directly off news through 2025 alone and if I'm not mistaken some decent PM runs as well. It is cheap and I usually don't post about it trade many sub dollar stocks much at all. This one I traded, and although I needed a lot more shares than usual it still wasn't too hard to trade, the strength was there above vwap and I think it possibly can do well in this environment with the random sometimes crazy sector sympathy+varying catalysts run ups we see. $SLXN I need everyone to pay attention to how fast it dropped compared to how slow it is to go 6-10 cents back up. I am actually timing it. The drop was less than one minute. That was 15 minutes ago and it's still sputtering to gain one penny. This is by design. Watch what I am talking about. And it could even keep dropping since there's no end to this fuckery and behind it are people with zero conscience or moral compass. Watch and pay attention. Because the more you understand what is happening now and what has been happening these last 6 weeks the better you can protect yourself from it and plan your trades in anticipation of it.
