This may have been a pre study calibration blast to collect baseline pressure data, calibrate sensors, map overpressure, and validate the range. Now here’s the new development: A second controlled explosion is scheduled for Sept 18–19, 2026 at the same proving ground. DRDC doesn’t run multiple blasts unless the program is active and moving forward.
