$RTB Yesterday and today has changed my outlook given public info. I am letting this run and mature. With a smalll float, this will be exciting.

$RTB $PAAI This seems like the reasonable assumption - Roundtable was indeed the source of the GlobeNewswire release, makes sense PAAI might want to issue their own as well. It IS kind of strange, though, that it's taking this long to essentially repeat previously released information... Will Paradium be adding details from their end of the deal or??? Guess we'll find out.

$RTB 17.5M and $74M are two different machines. $17.5M is stock they already owe PAAI ($11.5M) and Simplify ($6M). Price = 10 official closes around the deal disclosure. Clock B (Sept 17 start) is done: $8.54 → 2.05M shares. Those shares print when the deal closes, Q4, after funding. $74M is cash they still have to raise to wire Simplify at close. No 10-day scoreboard. Price is the day they sign the raise — last close or a 5-day average, or a marketed book. They pick that day. Q4, before PAAI funds. VWAP week was public and dated. Everyone could lean on the close. The cash raise is a private calendar. Same company, two clocks. One already ran. One they still hold.

$RTB sounds about right….. Liz Truss served as UK prime minister for just 49 days, from September 6 to October 25, 2022, making her the shortest-serving prime minister in British history. Her government collapsed after a “mini-budget” proposing large, mostly unfunded tax cuts triggered turmoil in financial markets.
