$RNAZ Just watched the presentation... Overall interesting in many aspects. CEO Philippe Calais warm and enthusiastic. CtDNA as a metastatic disease biomarker opens new horizons and possibilities in study designs and FDA approval. The interim CFO John Tattory reports ~ 17 M common shares outstanding as of June, current market cap 28 M. First preliminary phase 2A results possible by end of this year. Many other potential catalysts / inflection points reported. Dr Z was unusually cold overall and also very brief, lowkey, during QA session. Tattory, came yesterday, was not informed yet about CVRs to answer that Q.

$RNAZ I just saw an ad on CNBC so came to take a look. My first red flag was the ad proclaiming Harvard Med professionals in this company. Then I took a look at it. Good grief! How much dilution is enough for their investors?

$RNAZ The market cap is about $34 million which includes all options and warrants as shares. This cap is typical of a company having only a promising P1 drug. Management is filled will Harvard Medical and Mass General doctors. That's good enough for me. The company has proven concept. There are no material safety hazards. Efficacy has been initially shown able to hold metastasized cancer in check. Metastasis is the cause of about 90% of actual deaths by cancer. In the not so distant future, the company will reveal Phase 2a initial top line data. Yes, they will need to raise money. The company holds a P3 ready melanoma vaccine. The company has proven a platform of delivery by nanotech of many possible API's. I don't know about you, but I think this is a major science breakthrough in cancer. I believe that this company will be worth $ billions, and billions. This is a core long position for me. The market cap should now be at about $300 million, minimum. JMO

$RNAZ First results might come toward the end of this year. Since circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) levels can be measured relatively easily, and measurements are planned at baseline and every month after dosing with TTX-MC138, interim results should be coming relatively quickly and frequently. Any decrease in ctDNA could suggest slowing and/or halting of metastatic colorectal cancer progression. In this study, this is particularly interesting because such metastases would otherwise typically become visible by CT/MRI within one year in the same patients.

$RNAZ Will try to get some at 1 6. to bring total position a little over 1000 shares. Will plan to hold 1000 shares at all times. And smaller portion above 1000 shares will be used to swing and maybe to generate more shares - just for fun. My regular incoming cash deposits will be kept or invested elsewhere.
