What is really perplexing about this is they really made a stupid stupid decision to do that offering at .70 when this had momentum. The buyback news, while good, is not enough here. They are not obligated to do any buyback and may only buy *up to* 2M worth. They really need to discuss the M & A activity here but I'm beginning to wonder if they have nothing. Last hope is a random pump.
