ResMed issued its first formal FY2027 financial guidance and struck an optimistic tone on the impact of GLP-1 drugs on the sleep-therapy market at Morgan Stanley’s Global Healthcare Conference. Management expects core constant-currency revenue growth of 5%–7% and core EPS growth of 12%–14%, while organic revenue growth is projected at 6.3%–8.3% after accounting for the negative impact of the Astral device field safety notice. RBC Capital upgraded ResMed to Outperform from Sector Perform and raised its price target to $262 from $244. The firm highlighted 8% year-over-year growth in ResMed’s Americas sleep devices during fiscal Q4 2026, above the company’s prior mid-single-digit industry growth estimate, while international sleep devices increased 13% in constant currency. RBC also expects high-single-digit EPS growth over the next three years, even assuming a competitor returns to the U.S. market in FY2028. $RMD
