How do you feel about RMCF?

$RMCF I guess I'm the only one that knows this buyout/merger is already happening.
AI? Are sale-leasebacks done right before a merger or buyout is announced?

$RMCF It's more than comical seeing this $SXTC up over 500% earlier today. I'm searching for the news and as always...nada.
And then I see RMCF with this huge news on the heels of their announcing they had "received offers" and this news allows them to sell the company more easily at triple the price.

$RMCF Something seems a bit off here. Wasn't it a couple month ago this company announced strategic intitiatives? I think that's what they're called. They said they had "received offers" that were worth doing due diligence on.
Today would be the first step in completing that "initiative."
But more important. It went over $2 on that Initiative news and yet it is here today and 90 cents on even better news.
Somebody is missing an incredible opportunity here.

$RMCF Halt? 1 million volume? Something is going down. Spike to $1.29 then immediately taken down to .86. Hmmmmm!

$RMCF to sell or not to sell. Get on with those negotiations. Do they even have a choice not to sell? Still a bit scared to get in though. Lots of holders here?
