$RGF $RGF Busy news week. 1) Intro of a Pancake and sausage breakfast (corndog?) equivalent 2) Improved recipe for the chicken products 3) $25M financing from Ares. What're the takes on this? New products, improved product, and more financing which means the what, aren't cash positive yet?

$RGF Interesting- at the end of July, they transferred their copyrights to Ares. Any move from there suggests a sale. Look at USPTO site.

$RGF great find. $50M ebitda is huge. This company is worth min $500M on 10x ebitda multiple. Not respecting their growth run rate. If you go on net sales multiple its $1B I won’t pretend to understand then equity structure right now but I can tell you that certainly no one has lost money.

$RGF From.my AI: Here is the timeline has played out in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio: March 28, 2025: 625 Leasing officially files the breach of contract lawsuit against Real Good Foods. June 3, 2025: RGF fights back, filing an official answer along with a counterclaim against 625 Leasing and requesting a jury trial. July 1, 2026: This was the court's deadline for "dispositive motions"....—the final phase Because we are now in October 2026, the litigation is in a critical late-stage window. Federal judges often take several months to issue rulings on dispositive motions. However, this the point where the threat forces companies back to the mediation table to settle privately. Securing a new $25 million from Ares Finance just weeks ago gives RGF the liquidity they would need to execute a confidential cash settlement right now. Clearing this dispute would remove a major liability for any potential acquirer looking to absorb the brand this fall.
