$RGBP I can’t wait for the day I finally sell RGBP and RGBPP, realize the loss, use it against some realized gains, and most importantly… never have to look at these pieces of crap sitting in my trade account again. 😂 At this point, the tax loss might be the best return they’ve ever given me.

Regen BioPharma's next financial report will be the company's 10-K annual report for the 4th quarter reporting period and FY ending of September 30, 2026. The due date for the 10-K filing will be December 31, 2026. And from my perspective, as long as David Koos keeps the company's financial reporting "current" within SEC standards, there is always still a chance that he can suddenly appear on the scene again with some news of some kind of business transaction that can be beneficial for current shareholders who are still invested and have continued to hold on to their combined RGBP & RGBPP share holdings throughout this "quiet period". There's always a chance folks! And I don't care what anyone says against that notion! Personally, I'm still holding my 15 million shares! Best wishes everyone! 😊🙏🍀

$RGBP Good morning Rgbp family, I believe any type of news on any level can send this stock upward. I'm not talking about 1cent or 5cent but I'm speaking of small price action of 0.0009 and above. You've got claims about "being on the floor of the NYSE" as somehow giving credibility when in reality this scam company found a way to get in the doors to do an "interview" with a typical OTC company paid "news" dude. It means nothing. It's what scams do. Our fearless friend is off to make more deposits to buy more shares, and somehow he can't fathom how AI isn't mentioning his scam company when he asked it about companies involved with fusion. It's going to be fun watching him lose tens of thousands more, in yet another scam.

So, there have been no changes to the share structure or outstanding shares for the last 3 weeks of updates. Perhaps it's a sign that the dilution has come to an end. Although we've gone through stretches of 3 weeks or more before without any changes, so there's always a good chance it could start up again the way Koos uses equity arrangements to pay for Regen's business expenses. Anyway... There were no changes to the "Restricted Shares". There were no changes to the "Unrestricted Shares". And there were no changes to shares being "Held at DTC".

$RGBP any hope of selling any shares for a profit is gone. You can buy lots of shares and you can buy them super cheap. Just know that when you try to sell those shares, Trillium is always willing to dump BILLIONS at a price lower than what you're trying to get. Even trying to sell @ .0002 ($200 worth) you'd be selling against 150-1 pressure. There is no hope in that shit.
