$REAX So how many shares they have bought ? "Announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to the lesser of $450 million in value, or 25 million in shares of its common stock."

$REAX this is a screaming buy here. Feels like forced selling post merger is still being jammed through. Enormous volume and liquidity is pretty thin so I’m not totally surprised these flows have been in here for so long. Taking them weeks to get through it all. This will be at $150+ within a few years.

$REAX new 52 week lows, when else would you buy the best real estate brokerage ? Maybe we should wait for it to return to 50 and then buy 🚀🚀

$REAX somebody big (relative to volume) got liquidated. At least we have better explanation for recent selling pressure

$REAX update: The stock recently fell from the $19–$20 area to a low of $14.28 despite substantial short covering. Reported short interest dropped 29.3%, from 1.83M shares to 1.29M as of Sept. 15—about 9.6% of the float and only 1.7 days to cover. That tells us two things: 1. Roughly 537K shares were apparently bought back by shorts, yet the price still declined. Selling from long-term/post-merger shareholders was strong enough to overwhelm that buying. 2. Squeeze risk has decreased. Fewer outstanding shorts means less forced buying available to fuel a major rally. $REAX rebounded sharply from $14.28 and closed at $15.48. Do you think the bottom is finally in, or is this just an oversold bounce before another leg lower? What price level would confirm the bottom for you?

$REAX 🚨 The Adaos Trust, a 10% shareholder, filed a Form 144 to potentially sell 52,876 shares (~$1M). Could be contributing to today’s selling pressure, but the filing doesn’t confirm the shares were sold today.

$REAX rate spike definitely isn’t helping us out. What a terrible time for that merger. I’m all out as of last month but will be interesting to track (if they don’t bankrupt) at real estate turn around

$REAX This one is going to take time to flourish and to see the positive results of the acquisition. I'm short term bearish, long term bullish. I have shares in my retirement account for this one.

$REAX I think writing off Real based on techinical selling pressures (flowback, vested Exec RSU, and cash pro-rate) and rising rates is the wrong way to look at this. Rates have been rising and REAX continues to grow. We should get more numbers on attachment for title and mortgage, Reax has the best clientel for this when compared to COMP. REAX has 92 per 1 employee, the best in the business , signifacantly better then the legacy Remax. Simply put your not just long Macro like you are with COMP and AGNT. There is multiple levers in reax where you can have signifacant upside.

$REAX This was cheap on proforma guide at $20. now it is stupid cheap at 15. add in a growth story with attachment rates and we can get crazy next year.

$REAX is there a reason they wouldn’t start buying back stock to protect their investors a bit?

$REAX insider ownership stands out. David Liniger, RE/MAX co-founder and REAX director, disclosed beneficial ownership of ~5.6M shares (~10%+ stake) in a Sept. 16 Form 3. That’s meaningful insider alignment—worth watching alongside recent Rule 144 activity.
