$PULM After researching Eos SENOLYTIX that was a brilliant move on Pulmatrix part. They have huge upside on not only PTC-2107 but the pipeline as well. Eos is on the cutting edge of mitochondrial. If it works it will dwarf the GLP 1 category. It is the new frontier. I would imagine all eyes from the large pharmaceutical companies are on EOS. Just a phase 1 trial will move the market cap to over 1 billion dollars. Just to put that in perspective. A 1 billion dollar market cap for EOS puts are legacy shares at $14.63. That’s based on 4.1 million shares. Good luck fellow legacy share holders.

$PULM with today's delay of the shareholders meeting, could it be possible that we might be getting some good news reference the sale of an asset? Or CVR?

Current PULM holders are expected to own roughly 6% of the combined company, with Eos/financing holders owning 94%. Yes, that’s major dilution… but the real question is whether 6% of the new Eos/MTXL company is worth more than standalone PULM. That’s what matters.

$PULM Here we go again. More of the same. PULM spent years hyping early-stage science and promising potential breakthroughs, and now we’re hearing the same story with Eos. More promising research, more future possibilities, but still no human clinical data for PTC-2105. Early-stage development means years of cash burn, funding needs, and potential dilution.
