$PSRHF Pulsar Helium Inc. (AIM: PLSR) (TSXV: PLSR) (OTCQB: PSRHF) (“Pulsar” or the “Company”), a primary helium company, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcements dated June 30, 2026 and August 3, 2026, it has signed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pulsar Helium MN Inc., and accepted a proposal (the “Proposal”) from Chart Energy & Chemicals, Inc. (“Chart”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baker Hughes Company (“Baker Hughes”), which operates as dedicated segment of Baker Hughes following the July 2026 acquision of Chart Industries, Inc. The Proposal represents the agreement contemplated in the Company’s August 3, 2026, announcement and establishes a staged framework for the supply of equipment for Pulsar’s proposed Rare Gas Hub in Minnesota for an aggregate value of $85.5 million paid in stages on achievement of applicable milestones under the Proposal before applicable taxes, dues, shipping, commissioning and other items or adjustments not included in the Proposal.

$PSRHF There's a brandy new CFO onboard with an immediate option to purchase 1M shares @ C $1.30 (U.S. .95) and another 1M shares in performance related rewards over the course of the next few years. A real heavy hitter in the industry. This is good news folks as his successful future is linked to ours. Read his Bio carefully. He took care of the Royal Helium debacle and has a nice history of raising capital. Meaning, our chances of evading an additional dilutive raise has increased significantly in my view. Pulsar continuing to bring in new talent like Cliff and now David Young remains encouraging. Building a strong team for a prosperous future. These next few weeks will be interesting before drilling starts when it gets cold enough. Cheers gang, all remains heading in the proper direction.

$PSRHF I know it is not scientific, but note our watchers thru this big dip period have not dipped. I think all or most of us on here have stayed informed and know what we own. I’m glad some of you are picking up bargains now too. Best to all of you!

$PSRHF not hearing anything from management as we did before because they have a quiet assurance now that sitting on a huge goldmine. Just waiting for the pick and the shovel to arrive. A pretty darn good plan 🐂ish

$PSRHF Bought my last chunk today to meet my goal and complete my accumulation of shares! Feels good. A little tempting to keep throwing free cash at this, but I've got to follow my own rules. Now we wait.

$PSRHF The EQB meeting agenda will be posted this Friday. Hopefully we will see the approval for the final rules as an action item. Not sure how this volatile market will react, but this should be a major catalyst and provide much needed confidence to Pulsar economic management decision making. Good luck!

$PSRHF While I was confident enough with the wait and did not panic (I bought more!) it is a TREMENDOUS relief to have seen the news today... 🥳

$PSRHF Added a nice block here today. This has so much upside potential given where they stand from all the data and what’s to come. Folks should be buying this hand over fist for the long term IMHO.😎

$PSRHF On October 5, 2026, Pulsar signed a contract with Xcalibur MPH for a large airborne gravity-gradiometry and magnetic survey over its Falcon Project in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. The program covers about 14,727 line-km across an initial priority area within Pulsar’s roughly 488,090-acre land position and is expected to begin in mid-Q4 2026. Investment significance: moderately positive This expands Pulsar’s He-3 optionality beyond Topaz, which I consider meaningful.

$PSRHF Putting the potential scale of the proposed Topaz plant into numbers: Helium: 7.5M liters/year × ~0.125 kg/L = ~938 metric tonnes 938 × ~$225K/tonne = ~$211M/year CO₂: 300 tonnes/day × 365 = ~109,500 tonnes/year 109,500 × ~$910/tonne = ~$100M/year Combined: ~$311M/year potential gross revenue at nameplate capacity and those benchmark prices. Obviously actual revenue will depend on production, utilization, realized pricing and offtake agreements.

$PSRHF Yes I just bought more, I remember last year around this time when I was averaging down back towards $0.50... This price is going to be a big laugh within a short period of time!

$PSRHF I’m banking on this being the shakeout, hopefully with a quick recovery to the .80 range. There are some variables pointing to a continuation of the slow slide. However, the potential upside is greater in the long term.

$PSRHF Well we finally got a deal for a production plant, I suspect the delay was largely due to Chart Industries having been acquired by Baker Hughes over the summer which likely meant a change in negotiators. With that done, the next pieces I'm waiting for are a timeline to production which I estimate to be 1 year, a financing plan (hopefully on very favorable terms, or grants from the DOE), and a plan to harvest the H3. While I don't expect any meaningful gain in share price right now, those are the next major catalysts in my opinion, and please comment if I'm missing something. I will continue to add under $1.X but based on valuations of their reserves by UNIB I see this being at least $8.X in 2 years once production is up and running to possibly as high as a wildly optimistic price of $40. All comments welcome and appreciated.

$PSRHF Is it too much to ask for just a morsel of information from Pulsar regarding the agreement? I'm still bullish as ever but this long dry spell on good news has me feeling a little frustrated and impatient. I want to know what they're working on, specifically.

$PSRHF in London, chart gap fill has hit at 0.88 (0.656 pounds). Important for a bounce from this level in my opinion. Im buying today anyway though.....

$PSRHF Well, when I said I was done accumulating shares, I frankly did not foresee the price dropping so low, given the good news with the plant, the Falcon assessment, and gas rules being completed shortly. This is a really tempting opportunity.

$PSRHF The signing is supposed to be today. Perhaps it isn't scheduled until this afternoon (central time). Then some celebratory beverages and maybe a dinner. If that's the case, then no announcement until tonight or tomorrow morning.

$PSRHF investing in penny stocks is risky. Setting conservative stop losses is a shame. Buying more at these sub-$1 levels.
