$PSHG They’re keeping us in the dark here. 
We know nothing about the conversion of those damn preferred shares into common stock. 
If they convert them after paying off the entire $300 million debt, the share price would hover between $5 and $6—this would be in 2029. 
If they don't convert them into common stock, the price would range between $20 and $22, provided the bond debt is paid off and the purchase of the new vessels is settled.

$PSHG This stock is controlled by its owners. They never pass on earnings to investors no matter what good news you think will move it, or how much profit it makes.

$PSHG Doing some DD and the numbers don't make sense to me. This seems extremely undervalued based on its net asset value and revenue secured over the next three years. I wonder if the market is discounting it because its fully chartered instead of being in the spot market, but the fleet is well managed and will provide stable revenues for the foreseeable future. With more ships to be delivered as well within the next two years, revenue should increase before they have to worry about their debt maturing. Would love to hear some opinions from bulls and bears who have been here for a bit and can provide some insights and clarity if I am misunderstood. Cheers.
