The timing fits unusually well: late-breaker submissions closed Sep 25, and abstracts are now under blinded peer review by ≥4 reviewers before Scientific Program Committee selection. Late-breaking Phase 1 trials are eligible (poster only), with the embargo lifting Nov 5. Nothing confirmed yet, but the pieces line up.

$PRQR Takeaways from ProQR’s BA event: -AX-0811 is currently expected to advance into the China pediatric IIT, subject to January data. -Human PK-based modeling predicts ~40% editing at 2 mg/kg and ~65% at 4 mg/kg, with less frequent dosing. -Importantly, higher NTCP expression in BA patients may enhance editing versus healthy volunteers. -The IIT will test whether target engagement translates into reduced cholestatic liver injury and fibrosis. -ProQR is also discussing with regulators a potential path combining biomarkers, imaging and clinical outcomes, possibly supported by external/registry controls.
