How do you feel about PROP?

$PROP I really do not see how they wouldn’t be able to sell this company for between 1.2-1.8 billion. The assets are in prime locations and I would say there is a large market right now given the oil price environment. Been so many acquisitions lately… it’s going to come out of no where one day soon.

$PROP It has already begun: since September, PROP has been selling gas at a profit rather than a loss—a move that will positively impact quarterly results and, more importantly, contribute to free cash flow generation. On September 18, 2026, Prairie Operating Co. (PROP) sold its hedged gas at a net realized price of $3.465/MMBtu (before the deduction of processing fees).

$PROP Let's be real. Executives don't care if this company lives or dies. Their #1 goal is keeping the lights on just long enough to cash in their executive bonuses and golden parachutes before it all burns down.

$PROP I must say you can tell the shorters are nervous when their comments have flooded this board. With WTI approaching 100, Prairie Operating Co risk to reward has flipped much higher to the one side! Now even at let’s say a discounted sale price for these assets you be looking at a 10 bagger

$PROP Let's hope we're above $1 by the end of the year. 🙏I've held onto my position and added a bit more.

$PROP Old management, New management and especially the board should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of communication to shareholders. It’s hard to regain that trust now after so many stupid decisions and the deaf silence to shareholders. We have had no “real” plan of action over the last year to eliminate the class F preferred, the horrible hedges they locked into and over applied for and the rising debt. WTI continues to rise yet the stock continues to hit all time lows… If your listening: Greg Patton we need REAL SOLUTIONS not answers.

$PROP “The fun part is eventually somebody has to be right.” Uh, what? “Eventually”?!?! That ship sailed long ago. The bears were 100% right.

$PROP guys please just accept the loss and move on. Even if they do recover somehow, the R:R is not worth it. There is lots of better trades & investments out there.

$PROP And then there is the third scenario: a loan from related parties (Related-Party Note). There is already a historical precedent for this in PROP’s accounting records. The company previously held a smaller subordinated debt obligation to related parties (Subordinated Related-Party Note). If a large insider family fund were to step in (such as the O'Neill Family Trust, which holds massive positions in PROP), these investors would not require hard guarantees. They would lend the company $50 million based purely on their inside knowledge of the business, knowing that doing so would save their existing investments—worth hundreds of millions—from the dilution by Hudson Bay scheduled for December. $PROP Friday is Payday for the c-level. Those big fat paychecks and what forecasts have been met?

$PROP I don't understand why people are surprised the Fs have not been refinanced, a. nd that there is radio silence. There is just nothing to possibly say that won't involve the risk of getting them sued. The deal was moronic, done by people who were ill advised, not too bright, desperate, crooked, in for themselves, or all the above. An unholy cocktail. Nobody does a deal like that. And sorry to say, nobody is going to take out the Fs, because there just isn't any blood left or wiggle room to get themselves a better deal than what the Fs have. Very little meat on bone on risk adjusted basis. Yes, there are highly valuable assets, but also priority claims. Any reasonable buyer will wait for bankruptcy values, or just pay up if they make it. Their only course of action is for Co to perform their way out of this situation. Continue to inch forward as very limited resources permit. One step away from the breadline.

$PROP ZERO confidence on any hope for refiance of the remaining Pref Fs that are favorable to the common shareholders. If so, it would have happened by now. 90 days since Shelly came on board, Patton has been telling us that they are working on it and he has hald numerous C-level positions and now CEO. Who has any confidence in this team? Just a cluster. They just rearrange deck chairs on the titanic every 6 months.

$PROP So what is today? It's Friday and Michael Shelly's 90 day anniversary with PROP. Our savior new CFO and capital markets guys from Citibank. Isn't 90 days enough to refinance the Preferred Fs, I guess not, maybe it's all about collecting those BIG FAT PAYCHECKS ON FRIDAYS.

$PROP This company is going to get delisted by the end of this year. Energy companies that scammed their shareholders are bound to go bankrupt.

$PROP If you have some money to throw at this, donate it to a good cause. You’ll get the same tax write off you’d get when you inevitably sell this for a loss. Plus, you get to help the less fortunate.
