$PRME it’s important to note Prime editing will likely have meaningful data much quicker than is typical. They may get a biological signal that the editing worked in a matter of weeks. PM359 produced a striking biological signal by Day 15. If PM577 and PM647 follow the same course they will know a lot within the first month of dosing. Biological activity could appear that soon.

$PRME For anyone that's interested, I did some digging into NTLA's adverse liver reaction in their recent phase III trial. Apparently the reaction didn't occur until 2 to 5 weeks after the dosing. So that means it wasn't the LNP because it would have dissolved before then. It was because of the editing, most likely off target, that caused the immune system to start attacking the liver. $PRIME.X doesn't have that issue so we shouldn't have to worry about a similar reaction in our trials.

Spending time in my own head this morning. I broke two of my rules. I do this from time to time and usually the market punishes me for it. Rule one is don’t invest in BIOS or Apparel. Will be adding food to that don’t invest list. Rule 2 is don’t but swing positions during September or October. You’ll end up becoming a holder or taking a loss. Apologies to anyone looking at trades I make, will sell $PRME soon. Doesn’t mean I don’t think it’s not a good company. Your rules won’t be my rules. Respect your rules. It will allow for the conviction you’ll need to make money.

$PRME There is a very good reason Prime went to New Zealand to trial PM577. New Zealand has a regulatory system specifically designed to evaluate gene therapies, with a relatively fast and clearly defined review process. That would be a sensible strategy, particularly for a company seeking early clinical proof of its technology.

$PRME I'm not usually a conspiracy theory person when it comes to stocks but there does seem to be a concerted effort to keep this stock down. I know there is a cash run overhang. I still think we will hit a BMS milestone sooner than later. Also the first Wilson's disease results should be known by the company by December. Still buying.

$PRME Seen these pumps on good news sell off immediately after too often to get excited by this. Still, good news to see management following through again and again on what they have guided. One thing worth noting is the gradual increase of short interest in this over the past year. Institutions have been adding and insiders have not sold any shares (they were ATM buyers under $2 last year), currently holding 47.5% of outstanding shares. Not saying “this is lift off” like many here seem to be; however, if you do a little research on the company, pipeline, and technical picture here, the right catalyst can be a powder keg here. Seeing what’s lined up for 2027, either this will be over $10 or under $2 by this time next year imo. No in between.

$PRME editing is the most precise way to edit genetic information without causing double strand breaks which ultimately result in poor clinical outcomes. Once they publish the in-human results it will be a glorious win for humanity. Look into this with your favorite AI model. This is the future of human medicine. Like i said before, the market has not gotten anything more wrong in biotech the 25+ years that I have been following biotech.

$PRME Proud to share that the first patient has been dosed in Prime Medicine's Phase 1/2 trial of PM577a for Wilson disease. This milestone marks the first clinical evaluation of an in vivo Prime Editing therapy from Prime Medicine, and PM577 has also received FDA Rare Pediatric Disease designation.

$PRME I think the key takeaway is Prime’s thesis has always been that once the delivery system and development/manufacturing framework are established, it can change the Prime Editor/guide components and attack additional liver mutations without rebuilding everything from scratch. Prime explicitly says it expects regulatory, manufacturing and development learnings from PM577a to carry into PM647 and future liver programs. The value in that is huge.

$PRME FDA cleared Prime Medicine's IND for PM647 last night, its in vivo prime editor for Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. Shares ran ~13% after hours to $3.47 off a $3.07 close, opened Friday about 11% higher, then faded. Around $3.09 at last check, roughly flat on the day. The sequence is the story. PM647 was the program at the center of the Beam Therapeutics arbitration; the tribunal ruled for Prime in July, removing the legal overhang. This is the second IND clearance in about a month, after PM577a for Wilson disease in August. CEO Allan Reine says the modular platform and universal liver LNP are letting them move multiple programs quickly. Initial clinical data is expected in 2027. Cash was $108.8M at June 30, funded into 2027. Still down ~12% on the year.
