$PRKR is this dead? it became inelligible in my tax free account... any chance this still win? Should I finally get rid of it?

$PRKR The second time PRKR will have its day in court. They won on the first try based on Qualcomm's argument which the judge got fooled and recently Qualcomm has RETRACTED those arguements which in my opinion made the judge look like a fool for believing Qualcomm. Now there is nothing to hold PRKR back with the additional evidence of self-incriminating emails from Qualcomm admission as well using PRKR chip into their very own products worldwide. This will be very interesting.

$PRKR ok just figured this out. Remanded back to the original judge whom ordered summary judgment. This is bad!
