$POLA $STI needs to get real and reach out and grab that Solidion LIFE VEST that has been offered. Arthur Sams, hopefully, is awaking to the reality of the position his company is in. Or, so we hope that he is coming to terms with the harsh Polar Power financial picture. Oh, and good luck getting financing, be sure and inform your shareholders about the dilution that will devastate the current price. Hovering over $1 won't last, not even close. Key Financial & Operational Issues • Financial Strain: Polar Power reported a net loss of $2.0 million and operating cash burn of $2.2 million for the first half of 2026, reducing its cash reserves to just $183,000, prompting auditors to issue a "going concern" doubt. • Compliance & Solvency Risks: The company faces potential Nasdaq delisting for failing minimum stockholders' equity requirements with a compliance deadline of October 28, 2026, alongside a severely distressed Altman Z-Score indicating high bankruptcy risk.

$POLA $STI Not sure but thinking shareholders will have to approve before the company can raise any significant money. Shareholders, START PAYING ATTENTION NOW, because it is your right and your responsibility to know just how dilutive any offering will be. And keep an eye out for WARRANTS and CONVERTIBLES. Often times these days, retail investors don't understand the toxicity level of the financial deals when you get down into the cryptic details. Especially for companies with the market cap of a $POLA that are, for all intents and purposes, OUT OF CASH. They are on oxygen and the lender controls the oxygen tank and names its price. Also, once an offer is public and the company rejects it, they better be able to defend that decision if and when the stock tanks later AFTER they walked away. The LEGAL LIABILITY is for real, understand that.

$POLA $STI What is very disheartening for management today is to get a BUYOUT OFFER, reject it and then watch your stock not move up at all. How often do you see that? And may I explain the why, at least in this POLA case. It's the financicals, the toxic financing, the declining sales. And this is all against the HORRIBLE environment for struggling companies of this size to raise any money without truly devastating existing shareholders. It's a PERFECT STORM for POLA, tragically. Solidion is here to RESCUE the company from drowning. Solidion is offering a LIFE VEST, the sooner the CEO and the board come to terms with their own harsh financial reality the better. POLA has some good product, that's not the issue. It is all about the financials and the incredibly poor options available to them when it comes to raising cash to continue operations. This staste of things is not exclusive to Arthur and his team. It is more common than most know in the current environment.

$POLA $STI POLA, candle is burning: Stockholders' Equity Deficiencies: On December 31, 2025 (disclosed May 1, 2026), Nasdaq reported non-compliance with the minimum stockholders' equity requirement of $2.5 million, noting equity of approximately $144,000 and granting a deadline of October 28, 2026, to regain compliance

$POLA $FLUX.X are now official candidates for delisting, in our view. Another distressed company in the same arena, $DFLI may even be a bankruptcy candidate. $GWH , first to fall, got delisted last week: "Trading in ESS Tech, Inc. (ticker: GWH) common stock was suspended immediately and delisting proceedings were commenced on October 2, 2026" Solidion apparently has offered LIFE VESTS to POLA and to FLUX. We thought that they might make an offer to $DFLI as well, but once we discovered the incredible debt they have we realized that one may be in BK in the very near future. Folks, it's just a real tough time out there and the toxic financiers are naming their terms and they pretty much effectively destroy current shareholders' equity.
