$PLYZ I’ve been digging through history, and the more I look at the people, technology, ownership and timelines, the more I think we’re missing one important piece.
What happened to the original technology, IP and economic interests?
Look at the bigger picture.
1. THE ORIGINAL SHAREHOLDERS - AND THEIR HISTORY
PLYZ’s 2019 filings listed Terence Robinson with approximately 18.6M shares and Luis Pallares with 23M shares. Those are historical holdings, not confirmation of what either owns today.
Both have backgrounds worth examining.
Robinson has experience in corporate transactions and restructuring, including his involvement with Portage Biotech, which became public through a merger with Bontan Corporation.
Pallares has participated in businesses that subsequently underwent acquisitions or changes in control. With Nennisiwok, for example, Damm acquired 60% while Pallares retained 40%.
