With approval expected within the next few months and a potentially very valuable oral HAE franchise approaching commercialization, I think the window for a takeover is opening fast. A larger pharma could prefer to acquire Pharvaris before approval or shortly after, rather than wait until the full commercial value of the franchise becomes visible. Wouldn’t surprise me at all if Pharvaris gets bought out around approval. 💰🚀
