OSRH subsequently completed the acquisition of the full VXM01 IP portfolio, including patents, manufacturing know-how, regulatory filings, clinical data and biological materials. The purchase price is $30M, but importantly, the $30M becomes payable upon the first milestone event, defined as completion of Phase 2b or equivalent in GBM or PDAC. So OSRH isn’t simply writing a $30M cheque today. And owning the IP at the parent level means the economic value ultimately sits more directly at OSRH.
