OPEN Opendoor Technologies Inc

$OPEN This is exactly what Pulte would say. Wonder if he and Kaz are collaborating? 🤔 Maybe Trump takes a US equity stake in OPEN? Makes you wonder.

$OPEN While the pain of having bought in at a higher share price is great and my unrealized losses compound, the fact is I bought in on the idea without evidence it would work. Today there is evidence it is working, even in the absolute worst possible market condition. Let that factor unto whether you buy, sell, or hold kids.

$OPEN Idc how much I’m down right now, $OPEN is an absolute steal at these levels and the bottom is 100% in. People are completely sleeping on the fact that this company is sitting on nearly $1 BILLION in pure cash. That’s almost half of their entire market cap just sitting in the bank. The selling is totally exhausted and all the housing market FUD is already priced to death.

$OPEN Kaz has been saying they are delivering fast, what did they deliver so far? Apparently he is just noise, nothing more. We were under impression that he will magically do something but extremely over promising and underperforming. Very disappointed with his performance.

$OPEN there’s nothing to do . Short are so power. Kaz and Rabois are just big mouths , they did worse than Carrie former CEO

$OPEN in all seriousness and honestly I think we all knew what we signed up when we purchased Open, it’s a long shot but worth the risk. You can come and tell me this a dying stock a failed model. Everything you want. But in reality they are attempting to solve a problem that everyone has, and it’s the process of buying and selling a home. They want to make it faster and simpler, what pretty much everything technology company looks to do, if they are able to accomplish it and acquire a big share of the real estate market. Open will sit in a very good position. In the short therm, yields are up and they basically make the transaction of homes harder than it already is, but this is temporary. Yields will eventually go down. This stock isn’t for everyone. If you are able stomach this price action go buy QQQ and dollar cost average. But when there are companies looking to change and improve the world. It is worth investing in them.

$OPEN I just bought 1k more shares. Bringing me to 10k shares and a handful of options. Rates will improve. The world isn't ending. USA will prosper. Although I expect it to remain rough until they report Q4 and the bears lose their "heMOrRhAGinG MonEy" narrative. Q4 will be a massive improvement YoY from the debt restructuring they had on the report that inflated losses.

$OPEN LOL WHILE THESE TWO CLOWNS BEEN BUSY BEING KEYBOARD WARRIORS I GOT TO WORK TODAY! YOU ARE my SONS NOW HAHAHHA THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS $SPY spent the whole morning with my balls in your mouth.. acting like ppl on ST dont take money out of their accounts or have multiple. such buffoons HIT A WHOLE JIMMY LMFAO WOW. 🖕 YOU GOT ME OUT OF CHARACTER I WOULD KEEP A BLESSING LIKE THIS TO MYSELF. BUT YOU EARNED IT. PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS.

$OPEN no way gap filing at $0.8-$1.4 at the end of Nov. High chance. Macro and micro are worse than ex ceo Carrie's whose low $0.5. do kaz's low could be $0.3 then another dilution 2027 after RS

$OPEN ATTENTION: IMHO, the bottom is officially in. That $2.25 support area held strong last week, and it feels like the bears have finally run out of steam. I honestly don't see us breaking below that level again. We are primed for a massive volume surge and a huge green day any day now. Once the broader market realizes the absolute floor has been established, the bottom fishers and momentum traders are going to stampede into this thing to catch the run back up. The long term thesis is alive and well, and loading up here before the shift into 2027 profitability is the end of year play. 🚀

$OPEN Would love to hear some actual and factual reasons from these anti-Kaz'ers why this company is a worse company now than it was with Carrie Wheeler. Tell me why you think Opendoor is making negative progress. Give actual reasons why you think this company is worse off than it was a year ago.

$OPEN my average is $2.23 with 10000 shares i think i have a good entry level...will hold for earnings

$OPEN A casual 80,000,000 share short sale day, on July 16th. I’m sure they’ve covered by now. Right? 🫪

$OPEN the moment I sell all the 1M plus shares, this thing will rocket. They are waiting for the last of retailers to lose their money! They really hate us. What’s crazy is that other retailers hate us just as much. Oh well. I guess we have to go down fighting!

$OPEN big lesson for me here is - as long as leadership does not outright manipulate the official financial documents aka Enron style -Kaz and the rest of leadership can lie and say whatever the fuck they want. They can promise the moon, swear #OPEN will never go under $3. Just outright immoral unethical fucked up lies and manipulation. But it's all legal. To be succinct - never "invest" your money based on a CEOs tweets or any other social media bullshit. Companies can straight up lie all day long to investors, and it's legal as long as they aren't cooking the books.

$OPEN I remember taking a $4K loss at $5 a few months ago, and was depressed.. in retrospect, I’m glad I sold when I did..

$OPEN isn’t there only like 20% of the float available to trade? and its over 22% short int? i don’t follow OPEN much but that seems interesting, please correct me if i’m mistaken

$OPEN accountable.web release was off the charts - machine is set to light the match itself rolling into EOY and 2027. Great times ahead I'm here for it.

$OPEN Zillow is up almost 2 percent over the last week. That means it's not the housing sector alone keeping this dogshit continuously plummeting.

$OPEN oversold today we move 4.99 mortgage rate for 300 buyers is a stock mover their offer ever Thursday
